We received SIX calls from this number in two days, four on 2/25 and two on 2.26. No messages were left. Ridiculous. I would never give my business to any company that operates this way.

Hilton Grand Vacations Company, LLC wanting me to apply for a "free" vacation. I told her no and politely hung up.

Thanks to the folks who answered and told us this was a timeshare pitch with a give us your credit card number now or loose out. Hmm. Let me think about this. I don't give out my credit card number... I win. Better yet I don't even answer the phone. Again... I win.

We recently started receiving calls from this number once per day -- no message and ID reads, "HGVC". We do not do business with Hilton; I can't remember when we last stayed at a Hilton, so Hilton has no legal right to call us that I can think of, given that we're on the Do Not Call List and up-to-date with it. I wish that a law firm would do a class action law suit, even though the $ would go to the law firm. However, I suppose the ID and number could be spoofed, or Hilton could say so. Thanks to all for the info (e.g., about calling the number back, what the caller has to say, etc.). I'm so happy for these websites and grateful to people for reporting.

Did not answer, and they left no message. After looking into the number I found out that HGVC was a sales call from Hilton Grand Vacations. Annoying that they call up to three times a day, especially when we are on the do not call list.

They called yesterday afternoon - after calling the each previous day last week - and this time I answered and told them to place our company on their DNC list, we have no interest in doing business with them. We shall see.

Stayed at hilton and immediately started getting these calls - worst of all, no one is there when we answer! How to complain when there is no one there!
Troy 2014-02-07 17:03:30 Unknown
Wow, what ever they're doing, must be pretty lucrative... five years later, I've received repeated calls, of which I don't answer. No voice mails. I finally used the google voice console to block the number.
Aldon Olson 2014-02-07 16:16:32 Unknown
Got my first call from them just now.
I've been getting so many trash calls that I just pick up the phone and listen,
and, that's what they did as well.
Not so much as a hello.
Did the government shut down the "do not call list?"

calls and hangs up

They also came from 3517 and 3791. Use google voice when signing up for hotels, etc. It's easy to make a blocked sender via the address book. It will then give them the "Line has been disconnected" message the next time the call you.

Yes they called me too and when they did finally ask for a credit card number I said I wasn't going to do that, send the info in the mail and then I will decide and they said they don't do mailings, I had to commit now. Sounded bogus but apparently is for a Hilton timeshare tour...so I told them to forget it.

I've been getting calls all times of day and night from this number for a few weeks (i live in florida). Finally called back today and it said "hit 2" to be removed from caller list. when i hit 2 - it says you'll be handled by the next available operator -- and goes to MUZAK for the rest of the day. this is SO annoying... they won't let you opt out....
Eric 2013-03-06 14:42:45 Unknown
Been getting a call a night from this number for the last week. Haven't answered because I went through this a year or so ago. Apparently they are making rounds again.

Burning my phone up from 407-722-3531, Orlando FL on caller id on i phone. Three times a day, I do not answer. They call for several days, break and start again, break an start again. If your name is not in my phone, I don't answer, unless I recognize the number. I am on the on call list, what gives

if u r a Hilton Honors member, that's how the Hilton Grand Vacations Company got your phone number. I would first advise you change your phone number in your personal information ("change" your number, if you know what i mean). Then, you can either, 1) call Hilton Honors at 800-237-3950, and work through them to remove you number from Hilton Grand Vacations Company call list, or 2) call 877-246-2477 (Hilton Grand Vacations Company direct) to have your number removed form their list. You will have to give your number to them because that's the only piece of information they have, our phone number - this is how most corporations get around the privacy stuff, they only provide a list of phone numbers. If you are not getting any emails from Hilton Grand Vacations Company, then do not give them your email. Every time you give a piece of information, it gets into another data source of information. I just received my first call from this number and called them back immediately. It is indeed the Hilton Vacation Club referenced by others who reported receiving calls from this number as well. I pressed option #2 when prompted to have my number removed for their DNC list and ended up talking to a real person who was extremely nice and easy to work with. He did not ask questions nor did he pressure me in any way. He just took my number, entered it in their system and explained that he did a purge of all of their data bases to ensure I would receive no further calls in the future. It could take up to 72 hours for the request to take effect. It sounded like I should have been sent to an automated removal option, but either way, it was simple and quick to have my number removed.
Hope others have the same experience. I'm also hoping the request is truly honored!

407-722-3531: keep getting calls from this number and most times I do not answer. But when I do pick up it hangs up almost immediately. The caller I'd says HGVC. Number is 407-722-3531

I have received several calls over the last few days from this number. I tried calling back and got silence. I have not answered their calls. Caller ID says "Hilton"

Have received calls for about a week. Did as other posters stated. Returned the call. Push 2. Spoke to someone and stated I wanted my number removed from getting calls. Was told no problem. Was told it may take up to 72 hours for their system to update and then I'd get no further calls. Hope that's true.

Received call from this no. I took the phone and remained silent. They hung up.. no voice heard from the other side. Now I know not to answer this call.... too many such annoying calls during working hours!!
I believe the 'do not call' list is no longer effective or valid !?
