Solicitation on Credit Card Accounts and no way to opt out!

Please immediately report each and every one of these illegal robo scam calls that you receive to www.donotcall.gov.  

You can gripe that it doesn't work, but they cannot do anything about it until and unless we report it!

Despite being on the do not call list, we're still getting called from this cell phone/wireless caller number.  They are still in business of some scam in march of 2012.

Criminals!  They want to steal your personal information.  Do not give them any of your data.

In order to stop these calls/scam is to block them via your cell/phone provider.

I get calls from the same automated machine (different numbers perhaps) multiple times a week! All say something like "there is nothing wrong with your current credit card; you may be eligible for lower interest rates." They hang up if I ask to be removed. Today they said they'd take me off their list, but I don't expect that to happen....

Called when we were not home today March 9.  Did not leave a message nor will pick up line when called back.  States party is unavailable.  I put the phone # into google to find out who it was and saw all of the scam messages on it.

This idiot answered the call once the numeric choice was made, and responded rudely and then hung up saying "I need a lot of things too, whatcha gonna do about it." I wish I could reach them back on this number or another one. I would show him what I can do about it!!!! Especially, if I could get an address too!!!

Boca Raton is the scam capital of Florida... many of the scammers hail from Israel or Russia.

Check out the website "Heather with account services" and learn about this group that is headquartered in Boca Raton Florida.

Contact the Florida attorney general and see if this loophole can finally be closed.  These scamsters have been doing this stuff for years and getting away with it.

EVER SINCE I REGISTERED ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST, I HAVE BEEN BOMBARDED WITH SCAM CALLS ALL DAY EVERY DAY.  MY ADVICE IS NOT TO REGISTER!!!  ANOTHER F'D UP GOVERNMENT AGENCY THAT SERVES NO PURPOSE BUT TO CREATE HAVOC IN OUR LIVES!!!

I am tired of getting these calls.  I like the whistle trick.  Something needs to be done to make these people stop calling as their phone calls are UNWANTED AND RUDE!!!!!!!!!!

It is just a scam to get your CC number and charge you a fee. I have given up reporting them to the FCC it dose no good. I have no Credit cards but they still keep calling. So i keep them on the line and harass them and call them dirty names.

Called my cell and didn't leave a message. You don't leave a message, I don't call you back.

I've repeatedly requested removal from their list.  they Call over and over again, when I ask what company they are from "card member services"  the number is 408-317-5594.  when I "google" it, I get to link fron First USA.  We do not have a card from First USA.  We have no relationship with that organization.  When I questioned the woman, she hung up on me, each time, obviously refusing to remove me!

Something about lowering credit card interest which I hung up on rather than waste minutes on a message I don't need or want.  Unfortunately this is not the first time and the last time I actually spoke to someone there to request removal I got no where so I asked to be passed on to a supervisor.  At that point the person told me he would pass me around to all his friends and see how I liked that.  Needless to say I have just hung up on the call since then but I really detest how many times I have to do that.

You can't tell me that DC or the phone companies couldn't do something about this if they really wanted to . . . . But they don't, so we THE PUBLIC have to suffer for their stupidy.

I receive these calls often and when I ask what card they are calling about--they hang up.

"Cardmember services" to lower my interest rates.  Obvious illegal scam, so they don't play by DNC rules.  I pressed "9" to "talk to someone about lowering my interest rates" but just got a clicking noise for 40 seconds before it hung up.  Shesh, how do you expect to make any money off of your scam if you're not willing to talk and get my private info?

Continually get a call from this and other numbers, same automated message each time but they call from different numbers. I always try to speak with someone and midway through conversation asked to be removed from their list. They hang up on me every time.
I'm thinking the next time I need to play along a little longer and ask about the company so "I feel comfortable doing business with them" and try to get some additional details.

Same story, calling my cell, no message. If I answer they go on about lowering my Credit Card Rate, which is on a recording. I have received about 10 final notices that it is my last chance. I also am on a do not cll list.
