recieved a call from this number that stated "wait for a represenitive" then a voice asked for "Joseph" I don't know anyone in this phone number's location and there in no "Joseph" here....

recieved a phone call on my cell with this number and after a brief pause and clicking noise the call ended ... I do not know anyone from the Oakland area.
