Received 4 calls: 02:16, 02:46 then 2 about 05:27, today 10/06/2009!  I live in Arizona, and initially thought that the number was 480, which is a local number here in Phoenix area, so thought someone from work was trying to contact me.

Filed complaint with 'Don Not Call Registry'.  Not sure how long they'll take to react.

called at 4:43 am weird // called later -- auto answer. for premire marketing firm // ugh

We got the first phone call at 3:00 am.  Answered, got a dial tone.  I just hung up. The second call came at 3:30 a.m.  Same routine.  Went out to caller ID, called the number, got something like if you aren't interested in our offer and want to "unsubscribe", please press 1".  Did.  Before could say, enter anything, male voice said, "Thank you".  Call ended.  The third call came at 5:45 a.m.  If we can find the real clowns behind this, anyone interested in joining my wife and I in suing these people?

Called after 2 am most of the night same business listing as was mentioned.  Called.

called at 2 a.m. then 530 a.m. Called them but no option to talk to a person. Googled Tower Software and found nothing.

w0ke me up at 3:30am and again at 5:30am,scared the heck out of me.
They don't answer when you do pick up.Some thing has to be done about this so called company.

On oct 6th at 3:15am, 4:02am and 6:04am I was awakened by this #408-651-8179 caller ID said "Tower Soft". After I said "Hello" they just hung up in my ear. Getting phone calls at these times in the morning are scary. It usually entails bad news with the family. These people need to be stopped! I am going to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission!

Received four calls last nioght , Oct 6, from 1:30 AM to 5:30 AM. As a result, got no sleep last night. I hope there are federal and state laws so that people responsible for this are taken to jail for such crimes. Dr r. Jain

Got the calls this am also.  I called FCC and lodged a complaint about the number.  Call the FCC at 888-225-5322 they will take your complaint over the phone.  You have to go thru a couple of steps but you can get a live person.  Also, their complaint form is at fcc.gov.  Go to harassing phone calls etc.

called me at 3am 4am and 5am this morning 2 rings and no one there. Scraed my wife and me checked caller Id this am when I got up it was listed as tower soft.

got a call at 3:23 anmd then again at 5;23 this morning

called at 309AM, 350AM and 550AM all this morning. rang more than 2x so i answered just to give them a piece of my mind. when i picked up each time there was no one on the other end.

This number called 5 times from 3:00 a.m.-5:56 a.m.  No one on the line.  I have parents out of state who have medical issues and do not appreciate these types of calls!!!

On 10-6 starting at 2:00AM and ever two hours the phone would ring, waking us up.  When we answered they hung up.  The phone rang only once each time???

these morons called me 5 times in middle of the night! first call was at 1:35 AM then 1:50 AM followed by 2:09 AM then 3:22 AM and last 5:17 AM. so guess how angry I was.

They claim that they lease phone lines to Tower Soft and that they do not have or provide the contact info for them although a guy named "David" might have it.

I got called every hour on the hour from 3AM-7AM. Who ARE these people??

This number called multiple times between 1:30 and 2:30 am Pacific Time.  Caller Id said Tower Soft.  I called back after the first and second calls, hitting the "1" key to be taken off list, but the number called back again anyway.  Thanks for the info on this site to help me figure out how to stop this outrageous activity.

they called me three times last night 10/6/09 @ 2:37 3:55 5:56.

called me many times starting at 1:15 am for 2 1/2 hours every 15 min.  call 888-225-5322 to report

Rcvd 3 calls from Tower Soft. 3:18am 4:20am 6:30am.  No one there just dial tone when answering. Called them back just msg to press 1 then auto disconnect. Verified I'm on DNC list so filed complaint.  Will be calling Qwest to complain when they get in the office.

I'm in CA.  three calls early this morning, October 6, with nobody on the line.  Caller id said tower soft 408 651 8179.  Calls were very upsetting at 3:12, 4:30 and 6:13am.  I called back and got a recording asking to press one if I wanted to be put in their do no call list.

Called 5 times throughout the night.

Same thing in AZ.  Three calls this early morning. No reply.  It is BS that there are complaints from Aug and this is still happening. I'm on the Do not call list etc.  If these companies are going to do this they need to be able to be reached and use a company name, period.  I don't even know what they had to offer!

Same story here in California. Four phone calls through the night starting at about 3 am. I'm so, so pissed off and extremely tired now too.

I got calls at 3:04 Am, 3:36 AM and 5:37AM.  It would ring one or twice and nothing.  You call back and it would say something like  "Thanks for calling back and if you would like to not to receive anymore call and be placed on the do not call list allow 72 hours".

from CT phone call came in with one ring at 11:30 and 3:00AM something should be done please advise as to what i can do to stop this.

sonia - Here is what I am doing. I am on the National do not call list so I filled out an online complaint with the FCC. I also downloaded a complaint form from the CT Dept of consumer protection which I'm going to fill out and mail.  I also went on the website of Telephone Management Caller ID LLC (id'd above) and emailed them. Calls that come in with a caller id during the day I usually ignore, but given the hour of these calls and having elderly parents, there really is no option of ignoring a late call - and it just made me so angry because these calls scared the heck out of me.
