i got a call from same number,i have been getting these calls for like 3 years,always different names,company,ect...... this time the guys name Mack Morris and his supervisor was steve stifler

That the message was for me and that as soon as I receive this message I have to callback otherwise there will be legal ramifications. HE IS CALLING MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. He even went as far as contacting another dept to get to me!

A man with a middle eastern accent said his name was Jeffrey Scott, and he asked for a former employee.  Actually asked for a couple of former employees, but had one's name wrong.  When I told him there was no one here by that name, he said "Are you sure?"  He called twice this morning.  How do some people LIVE with themselves when they justify doing this?

Got a call this morning from 409 229-4937 and the person was Mac Morris. Said he was calling me about a payday long from awhile back.Sai I needed to pay it or get me a lawyer and I would be in trouble. The number that showed up on the phone was oooooo, but he left a message and I called backed. He always said he was consulting with someone else. Mac Morris had an accent, too.

Got a call this morning from an Officer Steve Parker saying that I had an outstanding payday loan that needed to be taken care of dated back in 2005
TOTALLY BOGUS... Can't Believe people can get away with this.          (409-229-4937)

My husband and I have been dealing with these people for quite sometime now. The calls seem  that exact same as every here as mentioned. Is name is Jon and keeps telling me it is a legal matter for my husband. Last year about this time we applied for a loan and it ended up being fraud and they took about $2000 for us. So I know they got all the information from them and so now all of our information is out there which is very scary. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THESE GUYS BECAUSE IT IS FRAUD!!!

Nov. 5th @ 7:55 called my job left a message with the desk clerk saying it was a federal matter. I did even bother to call back. I have been getting these calls since the summer. My purse was stolen with all my personal information in it. Jeffery Scott has called now this time it was Mac Morris. They got me one time they took me for 1200.00 dollars. They told me I would be arrested if I did no pay the money.

Can anything be done about these kind of people?

Called me and said I owe 1700 dollars. And they were charging me with forgery and I needed an attorney. Said I could send my payments at Walmart with a red form. Send it to someone name Dorian Taylor in Maryland. The guy had an accent and name was Mac Morris. He kept leaving the phone like he was ralking to someone else. They need to be stopped. The number on the message left was 409 229-4937 but my caller ID said 0000000000.

Same story as above.  Middle eastern accent, chris jones, (last week it was chris washington)  Suing me, etc. etc.  

After threatening his life with consistent verbal attacks and mocking his low life intelligence, I kept calling the line back to tie up their operation. Computer Robot dialers can be FUN!!

Call from FCD, Financial Crime Division.  The caller his name was Jeffrey Scott and he had a very strong (Middle Eastern? Asian?) accent.  He asked for a former employee here.

Called me june 17th, has so much info on me and i have no idea where he got it, ayways said his name was chris jones, middle eastern guy, was on a cell pretending it was an office phone, left me threatening messages saying something about me going to get sued blah blah blah... for unpayed credit card, totally fake!! dont fall for anything these people say i dont care what info they have get a credit report before you listen to anything like this!!

The same situation happened to me today. Someone name Steve Parker called left a number 409-229-4937 to call back, but the caller ID says 415-880-5599.

I received my first call from these guys 07/02/2009 telling me I needed to call asap or i would be in a big legal mess and good luck and god bless me. I called back. He wanted me to pay him 752.00 I asked who the creditor was. he says cashadvance who has up to 60 companies he doesnt know the specific one. What??? So he keeps saying I am on a recorded line so the AG can listen to the calls and if i fail to pay him it is another allegation against me. I asked him if i were to pay him how he would know what company to send it to if he doesnt even know what company it is owed to. he stutters a bit and says they will fax me papers i need to sign allowing them to use my credit card. i told him i was going to do some research and call him the next day. next day i tell him he is required to send me a written notice of the debt and original creditor. in so many words he says he cant do that. i tell him i will call him back and then i see this website. i called back in the middle of the day and voicemail comes on. try twice in a row. i leave a message stating that if they contact me again i will file complaints with the FTC, Texas Attorney General, and the FBI because what he is trying to do is extort money. Oh and I remembered to god bless him in return. 15 minutes later i have a voicemail and it is the most professional one he has left saying he got my message and please call him back to talk about this he thanks me and says to have a nice day. Found out he also left a voicemail at work. I call back, get voicemail and tell him he tried to contact me two times after i told him not to and since he did i was filing two seperate complaints with all 3 companies above and would continue to file individual complaints for each time he called me. Told him he is not getting a penny from me so to come and serve me or whatever he was going to threaten me with. Let him know he was wasting his time with me and might find it more beneficial in his extortionism plot to move on to the next person. it has been two days and i havent heard from them. hope it stays that way

these guys are nothing but a SCAM so let all your friends know that they change their names and stuff regularly and the Officer touch is a joke.  Hang up and whatever you do don't give them any bank or credit card info.  Report them to your state AG.  They will be found and delt with.

I fell for it. I had some problems with my ex almost 3 years ago where he had did some payday loan and I thought he had paid it and he did. Of course it was to late yesterday when I found out that he did pay it and this company already took my 300. I have been in touch with my bank and they will investigate this fraud but these people have all my info and sound legite. Any advice? I am going to contact the Attorney general now.

Caller says he is Officer Steve Parker and that I have to call him back on a legal matter which is on hold until I call him if I don't call him back the case will be filed in my name the number to call him back was 409-229-4937 the number left on my phone was 415-880-5599

Got a call from some foreign speaking guy from 409-229-4937, at work, left a message to call or else, the only hope is God be with you.
