I got a call from these idiots today.  Sounds like an Indian or Pakitani accent.

They called threatening us with a subpoena (for a supposed $450 payday loan) and that an investigator would be at my work with paper work and to take a deposition.

The have been calling for months, but will never provide or email me any information.

They call sexually harassing me. Im sick of this. I knew it was one of those fake payday loan scammers because they called me before and I told the I was going to report them to the police as a scam, and then the calls stopped now they are calling me harassing me about being my boyfriend and they love me etc.

Im really irriated and I want a lawsuit filed. Is there anything we can do? How did they get my phone number?

Call and state I have a payday loan and I will be going to court if I do not pay immediately call the house repeatedly. Gave address as 1909 5th St. Galveston TX  77520  will not give company's name

I received a call from this number 4 times today and in the past. He keeps telling me to hold on and he is transferring me to someone else.  I told him he is full of crap and that he needed to quit calling me at work.  I hung up and he called back 4 times.  I have never took out any loan so this is completely bogus.

These jack***es phoned me 3 times back to back this morning claiming that I took out a loan last year and that they have my email address, IP address and social security number.  I hope a class action lawsuit can be filed against them for harassment especially since I never took out a loan last year.  I told them to go to hell.

the same here.  They called me about 20 times in 10 minutes.  I would just hang up and they would call right back.  I do a loan a payday lona, I know was stupid to do but I had no other choice, I am current on the payments and even close to paying one off.  So why are they harrassing me?

I just had the same thing happen and I work in a security office, I know I do not owe this money, as if I did I think I would remember...really!!  And further more they all have an ascent and claim to be two different companies, so I told them I am going to report the number the the authorities and as soon as I mentioned that it's illegal to harass someone at work even if they were a real bill collector and I was calling the police and the calls stopped!

Idiots are harrassing me, claiming I owe money from an online company I have never heard of stating it was a loan dec 2010 which is an outright absurd lie since in the state of AZ payday loans were illegal in July 2010. The guy cussed me out severely stating "Shut up you stupid f*cking b*tch. Shut up you *a***ole b*tch" then hung up. I called back several times to get the same treatment. Anyone know what the heck this is?
