I was fool enough to western union 350$ to aThomas James in Norcross GA. With a promise of a10,000$ personel loan of course my money is gone and nothing was deposited in my account

I have received several in the last week.  I have been on line looking for loans.  The first call I received was from someone named Derik  ( sounded like from India )and I was to call 949-945-9517 to get my loan.  I called gave all my personal information and they said I should have the loan in my bank the next day.  Then i received a call from a women ( who sounded like she was from India) stating that I was qualified for a free Grant  that was  for 9000.00 , all I had to do is call Alice Parker at 202-470-6035, I called with the confirmation number and spoke with Alice Parker ( sounded like from India ) gave her all my information and I would have to go to a western union with cash and send 163.00 ( when I'm there, then I was to call ), then she would tell me where to send the money.  then I received a call by the name sam watson ( sounded India ) 916-287-3815, he said he was from legal customer affairs dept.  That's when I got on the web site and looked up these number and found out they where all scam's.  Now all my info is out there.  I don't know what there doing with all my info and It's not the bank info i'm worried about, now just a few minutes ago I received another call from someone ( he wouldn't leave his name, sounded like from India ) stating he was from USA Finance and to call 409-497-8162 with a confirmation number.  I don't know how to stop it.  I guess i'll call the police and see if they can do anything.  Just be careful giving any info to anyone.

This company called me and said i had one hour to call 4094978162 with a conformation code to get a loan..i was also told to get a green dot money oak and load 190.00 for a show of good faith on paying the loan back. I was even told they had a deal with green dot that they couldn't touch the money on the card..must call money dot and give them your card number to file a complaint then file a police report.

This officer macoy dwayne is his name threatens to press charges for something ive never done wants my attorney to call him or something really bad is gonna happen to me.calls me every year.

Tis people are calling left and rigth, they do not liveme alone, the want you to by a green credit card from walgren for  $ 167 dollars then to call the loan dep???  @ this # 409-497-8162 is a total SCAMMMMMM be really carefull with this people pay loans of america...SCAM...thy want you to show your good faith by depositing the money for them to hold and one's you get approve the return the 167 dollars back YEAH RIGTH?????

I received a call from this number stating I had been approve for $1,000 but I would have to purchase a Green Dot Package Vouches with $160.00 on it and call them back at 409-497-8162 with vouches ID number. Oh! Yes this is a SCAM

They are Indian or Pakistani and they tell me that I've been approved for a loan for up to 25K. They give you a reference number and advise you to call 409-497-8162. These people should be reported to the authorities. This is a lot of nonsense - they ask for your personal information, as well. I am SERIOUSLY considering changing my phone number, but I've had it for years and feel I shouldn't be inconvenienced by these charlatans.

Somebody needs to put these people out of business and should be convicted of a felony. Yet nobody takes action of any kind and it continues.

I also received a call from 409 497 8162 pressing me to accept a loan. These people are clearly telemarketers hoping to find someone by random chance in dire straits financially. And the voice on the lline was definitely not American. Sounded like a native of India. Be careful with these people.

I got a call that gave me this number to call even after my saying I didn't ask or want a loan.  I was told I had one hour to call this number.  My caller ID did not show who was callingjust said unknow name unknown number. The voice didn't sound American.

409-497-8162 was given to me for a loan manager, Dean Morgan.  A man called me from 352-562-8055 offering a loan if I paid the first month installment.  They would then give me the loan plus the pre-payment back.  SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
