I have bought coin from them and when i don't want them to call, I have just told my agent and he doesn't bother me until I call him again about another coin. Really if you don't want a call and you don't plan to buy their loss leaders, request to be put on their 'Do Not Call List.' I am sure they don't want to waste their time calling non collectors. Calling someone that isn't a collector is a waste of their time also.

This call is from "Universal Coin & Bullion" 7410 Phelan Blvd. Beaumont, TX 77706- Toll Free 1-800-459-2646 -- I made the mistake of purchasing a 2010 $1 Silver American Eagle from them because now they won't stop calling trying to sell me more coins. Some guy even called me from his cell phone offering me great deals on coins. You have to call the toll free number and let them know to stop calling, otherwise they will continue.

Complete fraud. Went into insult mode when I questioned his sales ability. Any company that hires Bozos as telemarketers is a fraud.

I bought two Silver Eagles from them once, and now they want to sell me more. They keep calling me even though I have expressed that I don't want them to, so last time they called I was rude .... hopefully that helped.

Universal Coin & Bullion is one of several Beaumont TX based coin companies selling overpriced coins.

Also watch out for (409) 866-8595 belongs to "1st National Reserve", a Beaumont, Texas based boiler room sales operation.

According to this news report, titled: Texas coin companies target elderly investors  , this company, along with several other companies are accused of numerous crimes, including:

? using high-pressure sales tactics

? targeting the elderly

? selling coins with 100 percent markups as investments

? using religion to gain trust with customers

? fabricating stories about the origins of coins

? misrepresenting the value of coins

? making unauthorized charges to credit cards

keep calling about coins i dont want i want them to stop calling

its a coin collecting place. they said that someone may have seen the add in some riflman mag or a coin collecters mag so that why they called.

Recd 2 calls, no message, hung up when I answered.  I am on the DO NOT CALL list. Seems there is - no penalty, continue to not comply...  OR Violate the list until we get caught.
