Approximately 4/14/12 I received a call in the 847 area code from the same number, 410-929-7716, says he was Thomas Wood, with the US FDA , about criminal presecution of a drug company I had dealt with before.  No other details.  When I called back it went right to voicemail.

He calls me too every 2 weeks or so. Asks for money to prevent me from being arrested
for a drug I did not order nor know what he is talking about. Calling the police tomorrow !

We have received a return parcel with your name on it of illegal prescription medication.  This pharmacy is not a US pharmacy and you will be taken to the Dominican Republic to face charges that have been filed against you.  Very unnerving-  They want to settle once and for all  with money.  Got me all upset, but then I find out it is a scam.  I called back the 3rd day calling them a***oles, asking why they didn't call to harass me today!  They hung up.

This is an extortion scam. He pretends to be a FDA agent calling you about a package filled with illegal prescription drugs US Customs intercepted crossing the border with your name on it. He pretends to be the real Thomas Wood that works for the FDA. I had my lawyer call him and he hung up. We then proceeded to call the DEA and they said that there were 14 complaints about this scam in my area code alone and that I needed to fill out a police report. This guy is trying to get you to pay him a bribe to cover up the allegations. Do the right thing and make a report with the police and add to the DEA's case!
