guy calls about credit charges about lowering interest rates which ones you have when not responding hangs up. call back they hang up.understand their from clariton pa . do something about this.

Calls but does not respond after one ssays hello. Has called several times.If I call the number back, there is either no answer or the line is busy.

Fraudulent. Leads you to believe they are from your credit card company and are calling to offer lower interest rates. Will speak sometimes but mostly calls and hangs up 2 to 3 times per day.
