They called at 8:23pm, a woman said she was calling on behalf of the ASPCA, and I told her that I would like to be removed from their calling list. Ignoring the calls does NOT solve the problem, don't be an idiot. Just be polite and the legal ones will stop calling.

December 14, 2010: Outreach Association 412-773-8568 calls numerous times and leaves no message. I called the number back today and they asked me to leave a message. I asked to be put on their no-call list. So I will see if I continue to get these calls.

I get a call everyday from outreach assoc. 412-773-8568 and and at least once a week when I don't answer it, which I never do,it goes into that piercing noise that lasts for at least a couple minutes.I truly feel harassed!

I get a call from this number 2-3 times a week and the one time I answered there was no one on the line. All the Caller ID says is "UNAVAILABLE". NOTE: The 412 area code is Pittsburgh PA.
