Oh, and I also CALLED the number with my outgoing BLOCKED landline.  Message said THEY didn't have voicemail set up yet.

IDIOT called my Pre-paid cell at 11:28AM.  Didn't recognize the number, so REJECTED the call.  Then they IMMEDIATELY TEXTED me; costs me a text charge to even see WHO texted.  They texted, "WHO IS THIS?" to ME when *I* did not initiate anything with THEM.  I IGNORED and went online to see if others are being HARASSED by this number.

Probably STONED DRUGGIE.
