Got a obvious phony phishing message saying my #SS number is implicated in a fraud. I should call back to find out about the complaint. I didn't call back.

I received a call this morning with foggy identification of the caller pertaining to some 'products investigation team' from 410.630.4290  They seem to be phishing for personal information.  Got a voicemail later from a blocked caller ID from the same caller, providing this number (413.314.2022)  for callback and indicating failure to respond will forfeit the ability to contest this matter (still never made clear what it is) in court.  I contacted the Baltimore police based on the first area code and they suggested filing a complaint with ic3.gov, which handles identity fraud.
