I have just left this company for many reasons I'm glad to see someone get over on this guy there is no company in Framingham  like he claims he pays his workers in cash to avoid taxes his vehicles are not Inspected and he asks all sweeps to do un moral things I could not lie to customers so I made the choice to leave this guy is total scum way to go I hope many more people do that to him thank you you have made my day

D&D has been calling me illegally for years, I am on the do not call list.  They will not remove your name from their list.  I sued them in small claims court for calling twice within 12 months, won $1,000 plus costs (they paid me).  The statute says you can win up to $5,000.

They still call and I will be suing them again.  Awful people, don't do business with them, and sue them and win some $!  Owners name is Nicholas Doup, 12 Katie Lane in Palmer, (413) 289-9251 -- give him a call and see how he likes it!

Although I am on the Do Not Call lists, this telemarketer called my home and my cellphone numbers. there are many complaints about this caller, D & D Masonary, violating the do not call lists.

got a call from this number.  The price was $129.00 and when I asked them if they were licensed and insured, they said yes but never emailed it over or came over to show me.  The so called buisness was 5 minutes away.so I went there and it was an abandoned building.  I called and cancelled and was told they were still going to bill me. I said I was going to take them to court. BIG SCAM!!!!!!!!

Just got a call from this number.  I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  They hung up when my machine picked up.  I googled the number and came across quite a number of complaints about this company and their disregard for the DNC list.  I went to the gov website and filed a complaint.

Received 2 calls from these bozos in past few days. As soon as you mention DNC list, they hang up quickly. They identify themselves as D&D Masonry, and the phone number is for that company. Just got a call from them.  Apparently it's a local scam.  There is a genuine D&D Masonry in Framingham, but this isn't they.

These idiots tried calling me again tonight at 8:31 pm.  As others have reported, they have no regard for the DNC list.  Apparently, they called twice, because my call blocker kicked them off the first time after one ring, but they called immediately and managed to get in two rings before the call blocker kicked in again.  They've called before and I told them I wasn't interested and I'm on the DNC list, so I plugged their number into my device.  Apparently, they're as stupid as they are unlawful.  The number comes back as D&D Masonry.  Hey, they're listed with the BBB.  Maybe I should lodge a complaint that way.

I love telemarketers.

They called at 8:45 pm telling me they can come clean my chimney, told him I don't have one he said what about a fireplace.  Um no! Told him it's too late to call I have two children and he hung up....

Called at 12:35PM.  It went to my answering machine but no message was left.  I am on both state and federal do not call lists.  Apparently that is no guarantee that I will not receive these annoying calls!

Called at 8:45 on a Friday night.  I said to him "I hope you are a family member".  I told him how rude it was to call at that time and he said "ok love you too"!!!

Called at 8:58 PM. "Ned" identified himself as from D&D and was making a courtesy call, and would I accept a courtesy call. He started talking, I put the phone down and let him talk to the table. I've no idea how much of his time he wasted...

They are lowlife telemarketers that violate the Do Not Call list.  They think its funny when you tell them you're on the list and they shouldn't call.
No one should do any business with them.
