Why did you give somuch to these scammers, Sorry for your loss. Try to reverse the transaction thru walgreen or whatever channel you paid it. His other numbers are 732-399-9401 and 412-203-0114. I m after him since last one and half month. Calling him multiple times, asking others tocall and harass him. Protect your number by dialing *671 followed by his number, your number appears as private or blocked , ask your Facebook phone to harass him. Keep his line busy on all numbers. He haany other numbers as well. Some one also posted to use fax machine to blank fax him by setting machine tocall 60 times one after another. Police also told us to blow wheesal as soon as he says hello. Very difficult to catch him. M....ch..d is in India

I got the message on 4/9 same anf then on 4/12 was on phone and he said that not paying taxes and state investigation and all that BS.unfortunately I am a victim to this b*****d and lost $10000 to adam marshall,adam scott and raju patel.I reported to FTC,local police so far no action yet.He is calling everyday since 4/12.Is there a way we can catch this guy.

Well, I took recorded message to local police station and POLICE did nothing! She asked me do you want me to file a harassment case? I said, "I am concerned citizen to you have to find and arrest them" Police said you have to go to your jurisdiction. They do not want to take any responsibility.

Yes, truly it is a scam. On 24th I received call from phone #413-776-6213. Caller was with Indian action. I recognized because I am Indian. Caller said, "There are three cases against your name and identity, also there are federal charges because you have not paid taxes." I contacted him thru my lawyer. My lawyer called him caller was claiming his name as a JOHN CRUZ ,officer, crime unit. My lawyer chat with him by using my name and John Cruz said, "Go to the store buy a green card from the store and make me payment under name of Department of crime unit right now otherwise we will arrest you within 24 hours". After chatting with John Cruz and reviewing online information, we recognized this scam. Well, I am not arrested now it more than 24 hours passed. I am waiting for the caller to get me so I can make arrangement to arrest him.

I got this same call today. Said he was calling from Crime Investigation Department. Said my identity and name are under investigation. Said I had 3 legal charges filed against me. I have never ever been to Massachusetts.

I got the phone call from same number too. I am Indian and Gujarati too. I can not believe that people are like this. I call back and give them all s***t, I could in Gujarati. He drop the phone. I got the call this morning from  413-776-6213 and the guy claiming he was from Crime Investigation department and there was a legal affidavit against my name and my identity !?? whatever that means.  I asked him back who the hell are you? He said I don't believe him, then h is going to send the police in 30 mins to arrest me.

I said do it and he hanged on me. I dialeed number again to see who are all these people and ht same guy pickedup and said Crime Investigation department. I said I am calling from FBI then he start yelling at some local language may be Gujarathi or Pakistani...

It is a pure prank call and don't believe  this. Just hang the phone. No criminal investigation will call you like this w/o any advance notice.

Yup - got the same call and message from some Jay Williams. I bet this has a better success rate than sending email scams. These bas***** must be calling from India and through vonage or Magicjack type of stuff - hence might not be able to track. Are there any non Indians these guys are targeting? Seems like mosly Indians living in US are being targeted.

Called this stupid people put a message like police are on the way to catch us because we didn't pay the debt, they sent 4 letters and we didn't reply them, When called back to them,  they are not scared at all and they will keep doing this yellow call, I don't know FBI or law inforce people cannot do anything against this criminals?

After Informing me that there are 3 case pending against me ,I want to settle otherwise cops are coming to arrest me today, I refused then he even conference with my local police department . Got the same call last night. Thanks to all of you I did not absoutely freak out.
I am reporting him to our local police and the 800 number someone listed above.

Same A-hole called and left a scary message.  Said I would be arrested.  This guy is Indian and leaves messages under fake American names.  This is harassment and this guy should be immediately arrested.

Called and left several messages claiming he was from Crime Investigation department and there was a legal affidavit against my name and my identity !?? whatever that means.  Initially there was a woman calling herself Officer Stacey Smith and then this guy who claimed to be Officer John Cruise. They left 6 or 7 messages.  Finally I was home today and answered  I told them them to send me a letter explaining what the charges were. He was pretty intimidating and ended the call saying that he is sending the police to arrest me in 30 minutes!!  The woman's accent was very Indian and there were a couple of guys I think.
Initial calls were around February and continued till today.

My parents received a call from this number and after the caller harassed them with threats for about 30 minutes, they got scared and transferred the call to me.  So much b***s***.  He refused to let me talk to his senior officer which he initially mentioned, refused me tell me from when the taxes were owed, then he refused to fax or email me the alleged notice of taxes owed and started getting abusive telling me that it's not India and things work here differently.  When I asked him for the address where the notices were sent, it wasn't correct.  How can the federal government make a mistake with our address?  I guess he figured out that I am not an idiot and hang up on me.

I'd like to figure out where to make a proper complaint about this.  If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

Chief Investigation officer Mr. Alan Garcia asking me to pay my unpaid 2011 State tax or prepared to get arrested in a hour.  I got a refund on 2011 tax return. He was a really pushing me towards paying now or federal government will rework my US Citizenship and send my wife back to India. For a moment, he scared me but when I told him that I got a refund in 2011 & how come I owe tax? He wrapped up the conversation instantly and hung up the phone.
