I later received an email from this person indicating the actual amount of my recent problem.  I called my bank directly instead of number above, and it turned out to be legitimate after all.

I did not answer, but received a message on my cell phone from Denise.  She said she was from my bill pay service (but used no actual company name), received my inquiry, and was trying to reach me for a conference call.  She asked me to call 866-400-6972 and gave me a service request number to use.  Interesting thing is I did have a recent inquiry to the bill pay company I use, but I have been dealing with them via email and none of the emails mentioned anything about calling this number.  Sounds fishy to me...

Same problem. When I answer, they hold 20 seconds and hang up. No answer, no message.

It's a time share out of Vegas.  You signed up for something at sometime that's why the do not call registry isn't valid.

I said im in hospital and i dot want these calls & Lady told me not to give out my number if I don't want their calls, which I did't. I tried to ask to be removed from calling list and she hung up on me

This number, 414-123-4567, calls me everyday. When I answer it, it just automatically hangs up. Then when I try to call back, it says the number has been disconnected.

I've been receiving calls from this number on my cell twice a day since about three weeks ago.

This number calls my home two times every day. They never say anything when i answer the phone, so i just stopped answering.

They call me 2 times a day, nobody speaks up, dont leave a vm, cant call them back. Is there some way to get my no. on their Do Not Call Registry.

I never answer but if i call the number i get "not in service".

Every day twice a day...I answer hung up!, my husband answer yesterday the talk to him they knew his name, they said is some kind of travel agency, he asked no to be called again...guess what...they called again!!!

This company keeps calling my cell phone every day. I have a call blocker on my phone so the phone doesn't ring, but I still see that they keep calling in the call display. There must be some way to stop these harrassing calls!!

Yup, I've been receiving calls from this number on my cell at least once a day since about a week ago. I answered once and got no reply on the other end whatsoever, even though the other side did not hang up, and have not answered it again since. I also have started receiving calls from this number ; 112509304268 and same deal as the previous one, I try to call back and it says "cannot be completed as dialed". It's getting extremely irritating and whats even more bizarre is that I"m from Canada and this number seems to come from the US. I don't have any dealings with any companies in the US. What scares me even more is that they are still calling every day even after I tried answering and got no reply. What the hell is going on? Can authorities please look into this?

Yeah, same problem here.  Many days now, multiple times per day (4 times already today).  I answer, no one responds; I don't answer, they never leave a message.  This stuff should be stopped.

it is a scam operation ...trying to verify phone numbers to match their records...they want to obtain personal and financial information to tear your bank account a new one...seems to me that the authorities should be able to break this up and jail the people ...and it should be a federal offense since it is attempting fraud over communication lines crossing state borders...
   there is no end to the scammers and rip-off artists within our borders
I would love for this group to read these postings and then try to refute it and attempt to establish their credibility ....but that isn't going to happen...
