Female reports that her cellphone rang, when she answered it the caller hung up, then immediatly she received a text msg from a male subj stating "I need a friend" Subj stated his name was Jason that he was 26yo.  He repeatedly sent text mesgs and even a picture.  Number returns to a cell phone out of Wisconsin.
Believe that he called first to see if she was a male or female.
