I just got a call from this phone number and it was from a local staffing agency in Milwaukee, QPS, so they may have changed the phone number now to a legit business since they do exist and aren't a collection agency.

same bull crap as everyone else. They have called 22 times. I have added them to my contact list and set ring tone to none. So I never hear them when they call. PEOPLE....DO NOT CALL THESE TYPE OF NUMBERS BACK. THAT ONLY CONFIRMS THAT THE NUMBER IS ACTIVE AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO HARRASS YOU. BLOCK THE NUMBER, OR SET IT TO NOT RING. DON'T PLAY THEIR GAME

don't fall for this bull sheit. This company is a scam. If they had any information on your son as far as what he might owe for an unpaid bill they would send him a  collection notice. This company relies on idiots who fall prey to their own worrisome personalities. In their minds they will pay just to make the collectors go away and to "save" their credit. This company buys past uncollected debts for pennies on the dollar. Your number may have belonged to someone else in the past...phone companies do reuse numbers especially now that every freeking person has a cell phone. Or they blind call till they find a "live" number and the odds are they will find the worrisome person who they can bilk. Like the saying goes, if you throw enough spaghetti on the wall sooner or later some of it will stick.

Just got a call. i don't live on the east coast. Noticed their answering machine doesn't identify who they are.

have recieved a call from these folks late morning three days in a row. I don't answer calls I don't recognize or calls that do not leave a message. I simply look the number up on google and confirm my suspicions that the number is b.s. and add it to my contact list as b.s. # whatever. I then set the ring tone to no ring tone. They eventually stop calling I advise everyone to do the same thing. NEVER CALL A NUMBER YOU DO NOT KNOW! You are only confirming that they have a workable phone number and will pass it along or keep it for the next scam.

Porsche is still at it!!! I think it is funny really. But also aggravating. I dont even drive so how could I have parking tickets!!! crazy!!!

Getting multiple calls daily from 414 starting around 8:30am EST, then from 414-831-1866 started today. How do we report these numbers?

They called again today and a person was actually on the line!!! They weren't looking for me or anyone I know.

That should say "So I blocked my number on dial out".

I have been getting calls from them for many weeks, they never leave a message and like another caller stated sometimes it's only the area code. So I put my number on dial out, called them and it asked for my 10 digit phone number so I put their number in and then left them a message that they should think about actually leaving messages if they want return calls. I have no outstanding parking tickets but my X has one on a tag that I no longer have so it's not my problem.

I get phone calls every day. Sometimes only the area code shows up on the screen. Sometimes I get the entire telephone number. They never leave a message. The phone rings once or twice and then they hang up. Very annoying.

I don't have any parking tickets at all.

I received a call from this number this morning@ 10:43am  with a female stating  that I have a debt for a  toll violation.They had my first name as Casaundra and my name is Saundra with the same middle inital and last name that they quoted. I have not been thru any tolls so this wass a fraudulent caler probably trying to get somemoney. Told them you have the wrong person and I hung up.

We live in California...we just got this number assigned to us when we moved in April.  We are getting calls from this number 4-6 times a day.  When I answer, it is always a dial tone...dosen't matter if I answer in ring two, or three or four.  Never leaves a message.  I signed up for the do not call list about a month ago because of all the solicitors (10-15 a day as soon as the phone was turned on in our name).  Can I still report them?

They called my parents home and were fishing....you call them back and leave YOUR NUMBER and YOUR NAME ...so they can find you and it may or may  be a warranted call.  Real sneaky and underhanded

I got a call from this number on my brother's mother in laws home phone. (weird) She said they asked if I lived there. She said "No" no one by that name lives here. She asked who was calling and they said it was law enforcement. She may have misheard. She gave me the number off caller ID. When I called it back it has a recording saying = " Please enter your telephone number where you can be reached. I hung up.

I keep receiving several calls from this number during the daytime (work hours), no messages left in my voicemail. Caller-Id says 'Professional Ac'

We got calls, found out it was for an unpaid parking ticket in 2005!!!
We paid it, they had our license#, day and time, then they called back about a year and a half later claiming there was a collection for another ticket in 2005.

Granted my husband works down town and got a few tickets back then, he swears they are collecting on fake tickets. We for sure have paid them all and guess what, ANOTHER PHONE CALL FROM THEM THIS MORNING!

There is no way we owe on ANY more tickets.

We wouldn't be wasting time, mind and money if they were legit
If you owe money you know it.
If you think you won some sweepstake and they try to notify you, then you deserve the pain.
The more attention they receive the more money their reverse call companies make.

ITS A SCAM, they are looking for your info dont give them anything and dont call back, call ur phone people and tell them what is going on, and u may want to get the numbers to blocked......if that is a option with your phone company cause they wont stop, they call me but i never answered, and they only left a voice mail once, and then they switched numbers...so they are just looking for your information because people get scared and tell all

Have received several calls from this number on my cell phone in the last week, as well as from 414-831-1881.  As I have been at work (and so not answering my phone) I have not had the chance to speak with anyone in person.  I do not know anyone who lives in this area code.  When I called the number back I got a garbled recorded message that sounded like it may have been from a collection agency.  I have no loans, so I am sure this is a hoax.  My cell number has been on the National Do Not Call list for as long as that list has been available.

These fools call almost EVERYDAY.  I live and work in DC and getting a parking ticket (or two or five) is inevitable. Anyway, I spoke with "Porsche" and she told me they were collecting for 12 outstanding tickets dating back to 1988!

I told her she can forget about some of them due to statute of limitation laws but she warned me that my vehicle would be booted and towed if I didn't pay immediately.

I told her it hasn't been booted yet and that some of the tickets they are attempting to collect for are on vehicles which are no longer registered or owned by me - and, the license plates have long been removed and returned to dmv so good luck finding them.

Furthermore, I intend to change my plates on my current vehicle and the blood-sucking District of Columbia will be unable to match my car with the delinquent tickets. (its far easier and MUCH CHEAPER to change the tag then pay these tickets since they double after 30-days).

Am I guilty of the parking infractions?  YES.  I constantly get ward overtime violations simply for doing service calls which often take over the two-hour allotted time the district so graciously gives you to park.

Any DC area resident knows how impossible it is to fight these either by mail or in person.  So my only alternative (other than paying) is to ignore and change the tag periodically.

Like I said, they haven't booted or towed me yet and i've been living here for 25+ years.

Porsche clearly had a hard time digesting all this information and asked me if she could call back in a few minutes.  "Could I have your cell number?" she asked. Porsche, I am not stupid, NO you may not have the cell number, work number or any other type of information to help you attempt to collect the debt.

I told her Porsche is a WONDERFUL name for someone who collects parking ticket debts.  She laughed.  I asked her if she sometimes uses Mercedes and if she really wanted results, she should try Ms. Hummer.

Porsche was not dissuaded by my shenanigans and told me she would call back another time.  I bid her good luck and we parted ways.

They still try, but I suspect it will be a long time (if ever) before they succeed.

They call dozens of times to my office.  I have no unpaid parking tickets nor should anyone take the word of someone who calls.

I keep getting calls from these clowns and on every occasion I've told them the truth: there is no such person, not have I ever known the person they are supposedly calling about at my phone number.  And yet, they keep on calling.

Hi, I did the same as you, my ex husband passed on the message to me, and I called but would not give any information to the lady who picked up the call, she too got upset with me so I hung up.  Since my supposed parking ticket non payment I have renewed my Drivers License several times, if you do not pay tickets the DMV fail to renew and hold your license.  All this is total crap and very annoying!

They have been calling 5-10 times per day in regards to a ticket. I called the city DOV and was told there are no open tickets or collections. The last ticket was paid in full and closed. I am not going to be happy if they continue to call.
