I work nights and sleep during the day, and I usually have 1, sometimes 2, missed calls from this number each day for the past couple weeks. They never leave a message.

I've been receiving calls from this number as well, both in the evening and the morning. I've never picked up, and no message has been left.

I believe it's collections for San Francisco DPT. They call themselves MRS and Associates.

this number calls me everyday and when i answer does not say anything. when i ignore the call it doesnt leave a voicemail. when i call it back it hangs up. ATT please do something about this rampant crank caller.
