I just called the CL post and the guy told me their service fee is $199 and will give me access to all their properties in the area. After 3 minutes of talking the guy made weird noises and hung up the phone. Don't waist your money because they are a scam.

I was reading through the credits Craig's list for rent ads and find one with this phone number attached. This body of the ad was copied word for word from another ad that I know was a legit ad because it was posted by my landlord when he was trying to rent the other side of the duplex I live in. The only difference is they took off his name and number and added this number.

I called a this number inquiring about a post on craigslist in Santa Clara. The person said that in order to view the property that I would have to sign up for their service and it would cost X amount of dollars. He also said that they had 65 other properties meeting my requirements. I said, "this sounds shady, no thank you, bye" and hung up. This guy calls me back and says, "a***ole," then hangs up. Definitely NOT a real business of any kind.

They are up in  Seattle  Washington now.

They are now posting in Michigan under Craigslist!

this company is legit i called them asking for 5 bed houses but they give me 1 bed mobile home but i end up save a lots of money and i love the street atleast on mobile homes i can live everywhere i can even go to the whitehouse and make the president my neighbor as long as der gas im cool.  those of u hope post the number scam u r the scambag . i am educated

Craigslist scam promising dozens of real-estate listings in your desired area and price range with no down payment and no deposit, just a $149 "refundable" fee.

they are here in Maryland as well asking you to send then $149.00 by debt, credit or green dot card the area card is west coast.

I just Googled the number. It IS all over Craigslist, Arizona, listings for property rentals and sale. SCAM. I flagged it each time it came up, and will continue to do so.

Someone using this phone number 415-450-9521 is posting SPAM advertisements on craigslist.
How can we stop them?

I just called and confronted them.......now time to flag the crap out of them on CL. Please stay away from them!

415-742-4411 is another one of the scammer phone numbers belonging to First House Financial and New Line Equity.

Both of these phone numbers lead you to some filipino scam ring. They use a fake company address and unattended PO Box.

Seems like the san francisco 415 area code phone numbers are easy to obtain.

Even worse, they run your social security number through Profinity.com to try to earn a $10 commission.

Look up 415-742-4411, and see how another guy got his credit report run without authorization.

Kill these fockers.

yeah , they have posted hundreds of fake spam ads all over craigslist, and none of the politicians can be bothered with them!

Scammers who are spamming the real estate sections of craigslist with fake "rent to own" ads.  Do not answer the ads.  They have no actual property to offer since they are not real estate agents.  They want you personal info in order to sell you a list of properties you can get for free elsewhere.
The number happens to be at the bottom of their spam ads and is a fake.

i called that number earlier asking for further info on their posting on CL. they told me to go to their website newlineequity.com and pay a $10.00 for a list of homes that will soon be on the market. i asked for their license number to make sure this company was legit and the guy didnt know what to respond. i think its a scam.

People... they are scms... the same number shows up post afrter post on craigslist.
