These people call a couple of times a month and every time I tell them I am on the national do not call list. They just don't get it

Apparently they called me on January 7th at 4:04 p.m. but didn't leave a voicemail (guess they didn't really want to talk to me, anyway ...)
Frustrating, since I've subscribed to the "Do Not Call" registry ...

They called me, said they were Toronto Air Duct. I am on the Do Not Call List.

I strongly suspect that this is the same outfit that in the past used a series of phony numbers they are range from 416-800-1001 to 416-800-1024, 647-351-3799, 647-588-5212, 707-236-4420 etc.. The company is located in Downsview/Toronto On. in the industrial commercial area around Allness Avenue.

I keep getting phone calls from these people every week. I asked them several times to remove me from their calling list and also registered with the 'Do not call" registry. They refused to let me talk to a manager or give me their phone number or address. Each time I ask for this information, they question why I am asking and hang up on me.
