Don't ring the phone. Deliver your sales message directly to voicemail. This method is non intrusive, and non disruptive to your prospect. Recipients take the message on their terms, and listen when they are ready. There are those prospects who never answer their phone??.habitually. The only way to reach them is to play by their terms.
So send them a ring-less message regularly, updating them with your latest offering. Only those clients ready to buy, will return your call. Your sales reps will better spend their time fielding inbound calls from interested prospects. Email is good too, but spam filters may block half of your messages and you won?t know if your email ever got delivered.
I can discuss these options with you.
Please give me a call,
So, they are offering you a way to violate the law by calling people without authorization on your behalf. Would you buy something from someone who was such a scum-sucker as to deliver a message this way?
This is very creepy. I got a call from that number and they knew my name.
I get the call in 2:22 PM today and he/she don't talk i try to call back and don't answer
Have received repeated calls over the past two days...always at 2-4am in the morning. It was someone masking there voice and wanted to talk about a big black dicks (seriously). He got a bit of a rise out of my wife who was seriously pissed he called that early and woke everyone up (and called three times repeatedly). (September 5, 2012)
The caller is not working for or with Microsoft. They are just a bunch of crooks wanting to gain access to your computer or other data.
The belong to a hacking group.
If you call Microsoft they will advise you that they never call customers nor do they ahve anyone calling customers.
Whenever I have Skype call forwarding on, and someone is trying to Skype me, I receive their calls either through this number, or through 000012345. I know, weird and creepy, but that's usually how it works. I tried to turn Skype calls forwarding off, and since then I haven't been receiving calls from this number.
So, people, don't freak out and check your Skype first.
I just got a call from this number and he said he was from Hydro. Wanted to offer me a deal but I said I was a renter and therefore my name is not with Hydro. He must have got my name out of a phone book. (May 16, 2012, 4pm)
its an automatic # generated when someone phones you from SKYPE!
It's obviously a routing number. A Russian woman who is trying to scam money from me called me this morning so I was really surprised to see a 416 number. I thought maybe the scam was originating in Toronto
Received call at 9PM- tried calling back but number "not in service" so I Googled it and found this page. . .
Just got a call from this number - I think it's a relay system that cloaks actual phone numbers (like a voip number) - the guy calling me said he was from Google Maps. VERY rude. Yelled at me about applications that I have since confirmed no one on our staff sent through. After yelling he advised me he would pull our Google Maps listing (he says it takes 2-3 weeks to have it reappear). And apparently he did. We now have no way to contact them as calling back gives an 'out of service' message. So frustrated.
it's weird - my hubby called me today from Bali, Indonesia - same number displayed... so it's look like a "nobody's number calling everybody" :-)
I thinkthisnumber show when you call from skype.
it could be anyone calling with skype
Nothing more my friend, or Rogers security departement
It is problably for Rogers security departement.
Just got a call from this number, the guy had an Indian accent and said that my daughter kicked his dog and now his dog needs an operation.... WTF. It was an obvious prank so I told him where to go.
I got 2 calls from this # at 4 am T.T and when I picked up no one would answered!! This is so stupid.
i got a call from this number and noone would speak
Just a fax machine at 8:24. I was trying to put the kids to sleep..... so annoying
I got a call today that apparently I downloaded some virus which is weird because I haven't been on for days why would I just get a call now? SO I hung up and searched the number on google
Just had a call from this number, when I answered I heard a phone ringing and then someone addressed me by name and asked me if I own a Windows computer. Really. I asked him to repeat the question. I told him I am on the do not call list. He said he didn't know that but wanted to know what computer I own. I asked him what company he works for and he simply repeated his question. I told him again I am on the do not call list. He hung up.
I'm on the dnc list and still get calls from these scomebags.......
What is CRTC doing to protect us ????
Just getting our money and enjoying themselves in Bermudas......

Got a call today from this number. When calling back the number is not is service. What in the world...
Got a call today from this number and it was my Mom calling from Mexico. It must be some kind of number that allows you to call locally from an out-of-country phone.
Got a call today from this number. When calling back the number is not is service. There are more and more of these types of calls...
well i can say this which turns out to be really odd . . . my mom is currently in Shanghai, and she called me from there on my cell phone and the number it showed was 416-251-1335, i didn't answer because i did not know who this is, but she did leave a message. She called the house line after and it showed as "unavailable name and number". So, I don't know what this really means but 416-251-1335 was the number it showed on the cell phone!!!
I've had several calls from this number over the past few days...just had another a few minutes ago..roughly 10:50 am on Saturday, May 31st. Same story as the others: no one there when I answer; calling back reveals the number as "not in service". What the hell?
Get many telemarketing and junk fax calls over the years. This one is particularly annoying. I (a Torontonian) have recently moved from Bel to Primus/ wintel as my land line provider. Its marketer blocking software, (included in the monthly fee) seem to be working at least some of the time, but I would hold off judgement (+ve or -ve) until I have used the service for at least a year. Check it out at Primus.ca.
P.S. I have posted the above note on a similar site.
PPS. Anyone with comments on Primus marketer blocking service?
PPPS By the way, anyone out there know how these telemarketer get their numbers?
just got one from the 416-251-1335 too 142 PM in Toronto
