I Swear I'm starting to feel like a broken record here.  Is complaining all you people do?

Did you report them to the CRTC?

That's how this works.  When a Violator calls you, you must report the call to the CRTC or they won't know to prosecute.  

If you did not do this the CRTC has no way of knowing that someone violated the DNCL and cannot prosecute.  

Honestly if you didn't do this I don't understand how you can complain.  You didn't do your part of the Do Not Call Service the CRTC provides.

I'll make it easy for you.  Here is their website for you to go on and make a formal complaint.  It is easy and quick.  If you choose to not to do this then you should stop complaining.

Duct Cleaning

the same company has been calling me multiple times a day from blocked numbers until one day they didn't so I called them 60 times that day to offer them duct cleaning

It's duct cleaning. Told him I lived in a condo and I don't have ducks.....Really quiet for a bit and then said that he was calling about cleaning ducts. Repeated that I have no ducks and, if I did, we'd be having one for dinner......He hung up one me. Can't understand why.....

Hey guys, me again. After reading some of the other messages here I just recalled that I DID in fact also receive a sales call from an Indian fella named Rajesh regarding duct cleaning. I distinctly remember because the first few times he said it I misunderstood it as "DUCK CLEENING" =p Eventually I figured it out, and told him a little fib that I live in an apartment complex. He was very apologetic, and sad that I don't qualify for his special duck cleening as a result of this ='(

P.S. - I also do not have any ducks so he couldn't clean them either =o(

Same thing. They called, and never left a message. I constantly have telemarketers calling so I would assume its them.

I was Called from this number @ 8:20 pm on 5th oct (woke my small kids up as well) for duct cleaning services and when i asked the caller stop calling on this number caller used abusive language as well...
On top of that my number is in do not call list...

Called today, identified himself as calling from ? Home Services about duct cleaning for $99.
I wonder why all those idiots always call to advertise their special offer when they all seem to be at that price already... Politely told him we weren't interested..
What bugs me the most about those idiots is that they already know who they're calling (#, name, address most likely from the YellowPages) so they have the upper hand and when it comes to harassing people. Their displayed number doesn't link back to them, company name fictitious, deal in cash... I never knew Western names were that popular in India...
Aside from being on the DNCL, I have a feature to block the last incoming number on my phone (Primus VOIP) so that eliminates the repeated calling from the same idiots who just want to harass you because you weren't pleased with then calling you. I'd suggest you find out if your provider has it, from my phone I simply dial *60 and follow the prompt. Takes about 6 seconds. Sometimes I'll pretend to be interested and ask the idiot to call back later and block his number after hanging up. No need to raise my voice, I'll just give them some hope just to frustrate them.

Indian pest never heard of the Do Not Call List - I've told him the last 10 times he called.

Also, why can't a Japanese telemarketer call me for a change?, always Indians. Just sayin'.

Duct cleaning service. Calls non stop!!! Live person on the other end who used my name! Caller was advised to remove my name and not call back!

Just got a call from them too.
The no-call list is useless, I've been on the no-call list for almost 2 years now but still got as many telemarketing calls as before, they should be fined for not checking the no-call list.
