Got a phone call from this number. No voice message left.

I just got a call from this number I did not answer it because I don't pick up numbers I don't know, I always come here first.  But it IS in fact Reliance, I had a service man come last week and they couldn't fix my problem without permission from my landlord, they left a message to set up a work order stating in the message what they were doing and that they had received permission from the landlord.  The number they left for me to call back was the same number on my water heater.  :)  For once, its not an annoying telemarketer.  YAY!!!!!

This company has said I would get a free air conditioner installed & a new furnace with no payments for 12 months. I needed to set up an appointment to get the measurements & info about the new furnance. All of this because I am a valued Reliance customer. Really? Reliance knows everything about my air conditioner and furnace. I have spoke to Reliance and they have no such offer and don't do telemarketing. They deal through the mail & the email you have with them.

Called me left a voicemail. Male and couldn't really tell what sayin in end .
