also got a call from this number asking for my name and started cursing at me and I just hung up...

Got a call @ 400 am. I picked up no one answered....

This morning at about 7:00am, this nn called my house phone, almost at the time 416-555-5678 called my cell phone. I picked up the phone, no answer on the other end. About 10 minutes later, this phone called my house phone again.

i got two called today .. and last month also two calls .. when i answer the phone there is no one ..then they hang up .. its really weird and i'm afraid is like Criminal organization to check who is home or not .. who knows

Starting with March the 30th this phone # appears on my display with 1 in front of the # like long distance
on daily basis but this early morning start ringing at 5.30 and 6.30 am and when I aswer there is noboby and in few seconds phone in hung up.This is really annoying and I would love nothing more but to get rid of so any help?

They've been calling us for the past few days. once at 1:30 and again at 3:30 AM! We're very protective about giving out our number, wondering if we are randomly being targeted. However a few days before the calls started our number was taken when we made a purchase at Mexx and Old Navy. Wondering if anyone else may have gotten calls after getting added to a retailer's list?

If this is a scam they are doing it wrong, as soon as I answer, they hang up....

I have received calls 5 times in a week now from this number.

This number has called me the past 2 nights at 1:30 a.m. my time.  No one there.  This morning I tried to call back using the 1 in front and got a message saying it was long distance and I needed to put one in front of the number - which I had done.  I am tired and pissed off.

Last two nights this number has called us at 4am, and when we answer, there is no one there.  When I tried to call back this morning to speak with them and ask to stop calling, the call would not go through

Two nights in a row now we've got a call around 11:30 pm.  Grab the phone because of senior citizen parents and worrying that a call this late means bad news.. Just a click, no voice, nothing.  VERY irritating and doesn't seem to be much we can do about it on Vonage except to change our number.  I might change to a new phone provider if this keeps up and Vonage can't block a specific number.

Forgot to mention, the name on call display shows Yartel.  No idea....

These a***oles kept calling my wife's cell all day yesterday, and it has started again today - we picked up twice on Sat and no one was on the other line, no message, nothing would happen.  They called at least a dozen times yesterday in a span of an hour and 4x already today.  Unreal.

I received a call this morning at 4:34am from this number, I answered the call but nobady's there.

Received a call from this number at work, when I answered, they hung up, at the very same time I got a call from 416-555-5678...both hung up as soon as I said the company name

I got the same thing, twice today.

Recieve what sounds like a recorded voice saying "I'm sorry, I've dialed the wrong number". Then nothing. I get this call roughly twice a month.

Received a call twice from this number in the last week.  Both times I answer and a taped man's voice on the line says....i'm sorry I've dialed the wrong number.

I Searched and found this link to some store on Queen street downtown Toronto. Its called Cement. It sounded like some weirdo on the phone and he said "I'm sorry I have the wrong number." Very weird voice probably computerized or something.

Just did the same thing to me - called and said it was a wrong number late at night when I have toddlers who are sleeping.

I was lucky they called me at 11 Am, other sourses say that it is fraud and ID theft don't give any info or even answer.
Added to my blocked callers list.

Got a call from this number at 1:55 am. I couldn't get to the phone in timw to answer. (It was a bit early in the morning) Tried to call back but its always busy!!

ditto, ''sorry i called the wrong number" is what he mumbled....then of course you can't get through to them if you dial the number back..'can not be completed as dialed' and then gets answered as directory assistance 411..all a bit fishy ..would be great if some of our tax dollars got allocated to dealing with these creeps.

They have called my home number 3 times today (im unlisted) having a newborn at home i dont get to answer the phone everytime it rings. they left no msgs. I answered the last call saying just "hello" and all they said was "I called the wrong number"  then hung up. really pissed me off because the last call was at 11 pm so any of you with babies know how i feel.

I recieved a call from this number April 19th, saying they are working in my area installing windows and doors

this no. called my house,  its in my name and I'm the girlfriend.  They asked to speak to Mr. ?
and I said he wasn't home, and then if I was Mrs. ?  I said no I wasn't.   She said then I will call back
later. and then hung up.  I dialed the no. back and it was busy, so I know it is telemarketers.  They
haven't called in quite a while.  I really get annoyed sometimes.  They are a pain in the a**.
I also record all the unwanted calls from anyone like these people.  Then when I have about 10 or so calls I report them, to all the investigative agencies.  
Don't know if this will pan out and help stop them, but can't just not do anything and sit here, while they take advantage of our privacy.
If you recieve calls as this you should report them.  You can call yourself and report, or go online to all of them and report them.   I do, and I will continue to do so.

This number has been calling my home number many times, never leaves a message.  Now calling my work, first call they were a credit card company saying Visa card had been comprimised, tried to talk to "operator" but they could not tell me which person they were calling about.  (They should know if it is ligit and you are calling someone at work).  Second call they were a window and door company, third call -no one speaks.  Will not stop calling, must be computer generated call from India to get away with the no call list.

I just received a call from this number, but when I picked up there was no one there. I tried calling the number, but received a message telling me that I must dial '1' first. This strikes me as strange, because I LIVE in the 416 area. A long distance charge to call a 416 number from the 416 area code - WTF?
