Recieved another call from this number, recieve about 3 a week, tried to tell him I was not interested again but he kept talking over me doing his sales pitch. I told him that he has called me before and I have asked to be put on the do not call list.....he told me I was a f...... liar. I asked what his name was and he would not give it to me. Told him I would call the police if he did not stop calling, he laughed and said that they can't do anything about him calling.

That would work fine except when you have several friends who call with cellphones that do not display caller name or number. I'd rather make telemarketing a hanging offense. Damn the motherf*ckers.

Don't waste your time speaking to these Indian rerouted callers.  It's nothing but a bogus phone number from another location to scam your money involving Duct cleaning.

Just received another call. Answered. Asked who is calling; he said (Air Duct Cleaning."
Told him he should not be making these calls.  He directly hung up.

I get calls from this number constantly, sometimes more than once per day and several times a week for months now.  I have told them to remove me from their calling list, have told them that I am not interested and have even gotten angry with them.  With the number of calls I receive from this company, it can be classed as harassment.  I usually hang up as soon as I hear Air Duct Cleaning service, but the most recent, I informed him that this is harassment and I was going to report them.  All I heard was ..."ok...do the report....do the report!! ....as if he was mocking me.

I asked the operator to remove my number from their call list. I clearly explained I wasn't interested in their service and wanted them to stop calling my house. They call 1-3 times a week. The operator refused and went on about his "sales pitch". I asked him to stop again but he went on talking so I hung up.

The CREEP called my home back immediately insisting that my home was unhealthy and wanted to finish what he has been hired to say. I said, "I can not believe you called my home back! This is harrassment! Please do not call my home again or I will report you!" then hung up on him.

HE CALLED BACK AGAIN!!! This time my husband got on the phone, asked for the operator's name, phone number and extension. The operator said his name was Steve but gave no means of connecting him by a phone number. My husband stated he will call the police and the operator responded with, "You can't call the police. I am calling from Georgetown (where we live) and my brother is the chief of police! His name is Captain Stewart".

Needless to say, the police have been contacted.

Someone called me from this no 416-661-7719 and I know that someone on other side can hear me very well but that she/he hanged up the phone, then I called back on this no but this not does not exist.

Duct Cleaning Co. calling. We have asked to be on their do not call list and they continue to call. We want the calls to cease!

I got a call from this number and ignored it. Stupid me, I thought they had stopped calling other numbers, because I have blocked them all. Well this one will be blocked also.

oh yeah, cause that really works - if anything they just think you are out and try calling again later. Best thing you can do is thell them in no uncertain terms that you are not interested and to remove your details from their list.

Um, how about just don't answer the damn phone if the # is one you don't recognize - problem solved...sheesh !

They keep harassing my 85 year old mother who is now terrified and has ignored the no call list.  I have made a report with the police and have been advised that if they get abusive, to record exactly what they say. This becomes a criminal offense. Secondly, many of these numbers are reportedly owned by Bell and it is time that they take responsibility for the numbers.

The illegality of these calls is overshadowed by the immorality, and the level of ignorance of the individuals involved.

I have submitted a complaint also and have let the CRTC have it about this number and its ability to run amok on our phone lines. As Canadians, we deserve better and they need to really examine who these callers are and what they are doing. I understand it's just a phone call, but the fact they are misrepresenting themselves, not listening to people who tell them that they are NOT interested, do not take steps to remove us from their lists and openly deceive small children is UNACCEPTABLE. We shall see if this caller continues harassing me. I moved in to my place 1 1/2 months ago and so far am getting calls from this number and another number claiming to be my "credit card company" that is giving me a "2nd and final notice to lower my interest rate on my "credit card"" and to press "1" for a live agent. REALLY? If you were my credit card company, which you are not, you would have sent me written material in the mail and not harassing me every month. But that's another story, which I also complained about.

No one on the line, or no message is left

These people, 416-661-7619 call me many times throughout the day. They are sometimes pleasant, sometimes abusive and bullying. There is apparently no will on the part of the CRTC to prosecute these people. I wonder whether the call centre is "connected" somehow because they seem to continue to get away with complaints without regard to consequences.

How in the world can I get this bloody company to stop calling me?  I got a call this morning and I told the man that there had been a death in the family, relatives were here and to please stop calling me.  They called again within a half hour!  Isn't there something that can be done about this?

I got a call from 416-661-7619. The Owner is a Tele Marketing Company. Located at Bloor and Young street Toronto. They Atarted the Conversation on Air Duct and when I said I will sue you guys on harassment inspite of me telling them many times not to call me. The Guy says - I too am fighting a case no worries I will fight your case as well. Feel free to sue me. The guy was a Dumb head.

Please do not hesitate to call the Cops. These phoney callers have to be brought to the books.

Filed a complaint with Do not call list.  I made a verbal request to the person calling from 416-661-7619 back on Dec 20th to please stop calling.  They just called again today!!!  I asked the man what company and he said "Front Line Company"  for air duct cleaning.

B0xing day

This people called while I was outside. My daughter answered and the person kept asking her what was her name and telling her he wanted to be "a friend". She ended the call and they called again twice. So not only this is a scam but they are also pedophiles ...  I should call the cops but most likely they are faking the call id so there is no point.

Any such delay is almost certainly the result of the predictive dialer's process of assigning the call to an agent.

Keep getting calls from this number.  Always dead space which tells me it is a long distance call being routed through a local number.

The descriptions given by some posters here pretty much confirm this.  Unfortunately the CRTC cannot do anything about these types of calls as they are not technically local. They could shut down 'this' number but then they would route through a different number.

The police would only be involved is it was a threatening call.  Again if this is not local then they cannot do anything either.

As for it selling duct cleaning...  It is possible that whoever at the other end is acting as a third party peddler.  So currently it is for a duct cleaning company.  Next year it might be a 'free' cruise if you attend a no pressure sales pitch.

The best advice is to report, report and report the phone number.

If the CRTC keeps receiving complaints about this bothersome "company", they will take action. They need us to report these people.

Do what I did, next time they call tell them to come by.  You accomplish 2 things by doing this.  They will give you an active phone number you can report and secondly you get the real name of the company when the truck shows up. When they show up tell them to stick it.  I used to be bothered a couple of times daily since I booked them no more calls for months.  Got calls again booked them, no calls for months again.  Noticed this number ran it, next time they call I'll answer and book them again.

Getting one or two calls a day for "Duct Cleaning".
Rogers claim they are powerless to take any action.

Just reported to the CRTC about this scam phone call. They told me the more complaints they receive they will move to shut down this jerk. It seems all East Indian employees have the same job, selling duct cleaning services, what a country.
