Last time he called, I gave him such an earful of swear words (about 2 minutes worth).
He didn't say anything and he hung up.

He sounded just like the guy who used to call me saying he worked for a computer company and they were getting virus messages from my PC.

HOW TO STOP ALL CALLS........ & CATCH THEM

(This will work if we ALL do it)

?Keep a Pad and Pen next to phone
?Everytime they call write down the following
      ?Date & Time of Call
      ?Ask Company name & persons name  that is calling you
      ? Get their address & Phone number
      ? Check ?Call Display? and write the # down that is in the display because not always
         the same as what they say they are calling from
      ? After the call is finished, hang up the phone then pick it up again (the same line you just                 spoke on on your phone,..... key in ( * 57 ).  This will allow the Police to trace who is                     calling you.

Keep a record of all the above and then contact the Police (from a phone that is not in your house) to report it.    The Police can now trace this call.

i set up a service with rogers, home and away manager you can input up to 10 phone numbers and suppose they cant call your number.  I had to pay $4 for this additional service.  This may help some with rogers home phone service.  I also complained to the CTRC with these 6 phone numbers na da police phone report.  I,m positive I saw a truck in the area but no equipment just boxes on board.  sounds like the perfect scam to breakin, thats whey they call so often to see if your home.

I have a computer set up that calls these numbers now every 90 minutes on the dot.....male P*** answers...my programmed voice says manjod (mother fu#^er) and hangs up.  I am at peace now.

they have contacted me for one year now, they keep calling even after they have been told over 50 times that the service is not needed and not to call back

i did some research and found out the phone number that you can call to reach them. most of the numbers can not be conttcated as they are only out bound lines

Hey these guys were doing the same to me, the should be reported to the police!

Repeatedly calling, starts by saying "remember you asked me to call back?"  I too, kept him (Indian gentleman)  finding his address and office number

He gave the address of 56 Flamingo Cres., Whitby ON    no such address found on Google maps
also gave a contact phone number of 647-722-2379   no record on 411 reverse look up!

I had similar calls repeatedly, I told them i was on the DNCL. I asked him the name of his company -Ontario Duct cleaning. I asked him his name and he said Bond, James Bond
I was Impressed to say the least. He sounded more Indian than Scottish.
Perhaps i will book an appt. for my neighbour(the nosy one).

Duct cleaning - no thanks.  Didn't get as far as the actual company name.  Indian male caller

This number called around 12:30 pm and I asked where he was from and what business.  He said in a strong "Indian/Pakistani/Sri Lankan???" accent that he was calling from Toronto and he slurred his business name so that it was unintelligible.  It was about "duct cleaning". I indicated that he should not call someone on the DNC list in Canada.  He ignored me with silence.  I then suggested I could call the "fraud squad" (Toronto Police Services 416--808-7300) and that he should familiarize himself with telemarketing law and the DNC in Canada as well as the law against "threats".  I hung up at that point as I don't see the point of talking further.  I will fill out the DNC complaint online, but doubt that it works on such calls.  I have a strong "referee's" whistle handy for the next time before I "call block" the number.  There's also the OPP orgainized crime unit phone number to give them for an appointment, but you can look that up yourself.

Also got a call from above number and was told that individual will show up at my house and kill me.  I told him that this was a punishable offense in Canada, which made him continue to state that he would kill me.  I hung up and reported incidence to Police as well as Phone busters and CRTC.  We are also on the DNC list.  Also called company to report employee and individual who answered ( polite female) stated that a report would be filed and wanted my information.  I declined and asked for hers she declined.  Good luck to others.

I tried to keep him on the line as long as possible to waste as much of his time as I could.
We have been bombarded with dozens of telemarketers each week.

When I got around to telling him that I was wasting him time so he knew what it was like to be on the receiving end, he called me a motherf***er and said he wanted to f*** my sister.
When I demanded his supervisor, he changed his voice and pretended to be someone else. Again he told me off then hung up.

Believe me, I'll do my best to contact this company again.

I have received numerous calls from these types of companies. Today I informed Daniel (he had an Indian accent) from Bright Home Services that I am on the Do Not Call List and I was not interested in having my ducts cleaned and not to call again (I usually say this). He told me to hang up and he would call again. I told him NO! not to call again. He continued to ask me to hang up so he could call me back and I repeated that I did not want him to call back. Finally I hung up and guess what. He called right back.  Then I got angry and yelled at him to not call back and hung up. I think he finally got the message.  Either he is really stupid or they employ someone who doesn't understand English to try to sell something - that's also stupid.

This company called me today. I called, Indian male just started talking, didn't tell me where he was from - I had to interrupt him and ask who he was and why he was calling. He started selling, I said "excuse me, we're not interested." He just kept going. I said "We're not interested. Could you please take us off your call list?" And he said "no way, no way, no way, no way!" and hung up on me. I'm currently looking into the best way to file a complaint.

Got another call from this company tonight asking for Duct Cleaning servcies. We have told  them time and time again that we do not want their serviecs. Tonight he called again, a guy with an Indian accent asking if we wanted duct cleaning. This time we told him we alrady had it done and hung up. He called right back to ask where. I told him it was none of his businees and hung up. He kept calling back for 1/2 hour constantly and used profanty each time. I don't know what company this is for but this should be considered hassarsment and be against the law.

So i called the company, they confirmed that the number 416-800-1006 is their number, and i basically politely said, to desist their telemarketing calls doubt that they will.

Had similar experience.  Caller from 416.800.1009 with accent who said his name was eric.  Talked for a long time before asking me anything.  Asked if he could set up appointment.  Wanted to know why I wouldn't.  Told him I don't disclose any information to unsolicated callers.  After some further discussion he ended with "Go f$%@ yourself you son of a b&%$#@." and hung up.

Got a call from the same company two minutes later (the number ended in slightly different 2 digits).  The caller started the same pitch.  I told him I just had a call which did not go well from the same company.  He put a supervisor on the line and I related the incident to him.  I also learned that he was calling from Bright Home Services.  He claimed he would look into it and that I would not get a call back any more.

We are also on the do not call list.

Keep getting the same DUCT CLEANING calls from a HINU or Indian person and they are SOOO rude!
REPORTED to the DO NOT CALL LIST at 1-866-580-3625 and they logged a complaint with the Canadian CRTC who will investigate.
She told me that it is probably a scam as none of the numbers I gave her were valid.
The DO NOT CALL registry also gave me the number for PHONE BUSTERS which is operated through the RCMP (Police) and to call them if it is a scam.

....because I took up too much of his time listening to him, gathering information and then asking him if he's familure with the DNCList.  I said that not only was his boss going to be fined, but he (Alex) was also going to be fined $1,500.00.  After telling me that he was going to have relations with every female I've known, I promptly hung up on him.  Fun.

second call from Alex.....he really must like me.  Before he could get into his desire for female companionship again, I told him not to bother and that he would be getting the second complaint to the DNCList.  Hoping the CRTC will investigate this matter and if the fines are large enough that Alex is unable to pay, that he might find someone to love in the big house.

had enough with him telling me how hes gonna f*** my mother. i made an appointment the next time he called, my idea was to get the number off his truck but numbers were missing647.....28, i did get the licence number so if this continues i will call police

Good job Pat, that is a clever idea to have them come to your house to get proof of who they are.  I called back the 647 number they left my mother, I blocked my number but some how they got my home number.
This is not good what they are doing, these call centers are in India and I wonder if the owner of this business know what these people are doing to his reputation.  
I have a friend in this business, so if I have any problems I will ask him to have a word with their owner.

I finally told em that were on the DNC list, and i was submitting a report to the CRTC. I doubt those guys at the CRTC give a s**t.
One of my co workers actually booked an appointment, and than once they arrived told these guys to @#)*#@ off.

My next phone call with these guys, i will follow suit. If enough of us call em and book appointments, and turn em away, hopefully the message gets across.
