Twice a day every day I receive a call from some law office out of kitchener named Silverthorn & Lupolover from the phone number 1-866-748-7583. It tries to get me to call them at another number 647-724-0303. I have tried calling back the original number to tell them to stop calling me, and it doesn't ring just goes " good bye".

i have almost the exact deal as you i just said screw it and just cut my losses and split , i too was 6 payments in to it called the collection company my self and set up a deal and will be finished the same time without having R9's out the ying yang for the next 6 years cut and run your better off

i'm in this program as well and i wanted to make sure this is true as i'm very furious as to if their going to take the money and run.

BEFORE REALLY DOING MY HOMEWORK REGARDING A  CALL FROM SILVERHORN@LUPOLOVER,LLP, AND AFTER MUCH PAPER WORD AND PHONE CALLS BACK AND WORTH, FAXING AND WHAT NOT, I SIGNED UP.  TO MAKE MY TAIL OF WHOA SHORT, I HAVE NOW MADE 5 PAYMENTS AND D TO ADD TO MY DILEMA  MY ACCOUNT IN ERREARS HAVE NOW BEEN SENT TO THE COLLECTION AGENT, SO GREAT, NOW THAT.  I CALLED  S@L AND THEY SAID SEND ALL CORRESPONDENCE TO US AND WE WILL DEAL WITH IT. I AM AT THIS POINT VERY SKEPTICAL OF THIS WHOLE ARRANGEMENT THE COMPANY PRESANTED TO ME AND NOW I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET OUT OF IT WITHOUT FURTHER PAYING  DEARLY WHICH SOMEHOW I ALWAYS MANAGE TO DO.  ADVICE ANYONE.       HELPL.

I have talked to all my credit cards and they won't even deal with them . it has to be a non profit organization. so what can they do.

try getting your money back . i tried after the frst payment when I decided not to continue and now can't even get through on the phone.

this people are big scammers.. pls dont give them your bank details.. they will take you money and never return it..pls cancel anything that you doing with them..  EZ DEBT scammers and using lawyers names.. I will be reporting them to the police...

Just received another call, this is about the 10th time and I decided to try and talk to someone.  When he got on the phone, he didn't like answerring my questions and finally hung up on me especially when I questioned him on what act or statute they were actually useing  for the debt relief as theirtelemarketing speel suggests.
How can they get away with this when you are registered with the national "Do not call list".

I too received a call this evening. It was a recorded message. The message referred to the company as CCCS. Once getting through to an actual person it was this company. Misrepresentation?

Just got off the phone with a representative. They did not give their name, but they said I was wasting their time and that they had my number and that they would continue to call and waste my time. Then he called me (pardon the language, but he said it) "a retard" and then he proceeded to hang up.....is this common business practice. Smells like a scam to me. The guy on the phone wouldn't give straight answers to any of my questions!

Go climb back under your mountain of debt and have fun digging out. My suggestion would be "stop" buying Big screens" "Stop using your Credit Cards for things you don't need"

Actually, not funny at all, my friend.  Clearly, you are the person who they are talking about, and trying to justify your self-serving posts by implying they are your "competitors", no matter what name(s) you are using makes who you are as clear as glass.  Actually, it's too bad you just validated all the complaints you were trying to refute.    When there are 60 complaints and all of a sudden a couple "gee, he's so wonderful and such an expert...." pop up, the ol' alarm bell goes off.   Can you spell SHILL??????  See how obvious your posts are?  Attention: As these are opinions of people you have called, you cannot sue them or the site.  Nice try.  If you are  a scammer, lying low might be in your best interests, rather than going online and letting everyone know this bothers you.

Acting anonomys (perhaps becuase the Youtube Videos created) (Now mysteriously taken down ) I heard lead to a bunch of problems. Debt settlement does work and this guy silverthorn is an expert from what i have read. Attention competitors they are aware of your tactics so be on alert as false or misleading statements will be contested everytime. So iw ould be carful calling this person a Fraud or a Scam unless you are prepared to defend the statements in open court
