I actually work for this company and i want to apologize to the people who have asked to not be called again and have been called again. that is stupid employees not putting you on the DNC(do not call) list. i do have to say we are a legitamatr company selling vacations to people who have done business with wyndam before (super 8, days in, howard johnsons) we work for wyndham, who owns 80% of the hotel chains in the country. maybe one day ill be lucky enough to dial one of your numbers and sell you a nice vacation package. just ask for Jeffey Fulk!

I worked for this company as well, Most unethical company to exist. Owner Hank Seevers is making millions, he pays his wife weekly and she don't even work there. That was a BIG topic around the call center...A supervisor named Lucas ( I believe he married an agent others would of been fired) use to complain all the time about it, that is why he started a little club in protest....Yes they are contracted with Wyndham to sell vacations, they are a 3rd party vendor. Nightshft was full of convicts and drugs, including management. Several lawsuits against this company.

The phone call I just got is from this number: 1-417-522-0190--The caller is supposed to be from Wyndham and is offering me a 4-days-and-3-nights-package for $189, provided that I give her my credit card number, to secure my vacation package. Who gives their credit card number to a stranger on the phone? When I told her that I would rather read about the offer on their website, she said it is not on the website.

Unfortunately, the employees at GMC only benefit from being put on hold... it keeps their call count low, which helps their paychecks. Next time hang up on them! ;)

You're the one letting a phone call or two a day get to you so much. Change your number, better yet, stop giving it out like a moron.Telemarketing, as annoying as it is, is also a job.I will say, I have worked here before and when I get a rude prospect who just wants to rant and call me names, I don't listen to any of their requests. In fact, I would put you on the "call again later" list. So maybe just explain nicely that you are not interested.

Glad to know there is one human being working there. I had the most unpleasant encounter with a GMC phone solicitor when I asked to be taken off the call list. He was rude, sarcastic and refused to let me finish a sentence. Normally, I let things like that go, but I was amazed at how angry I was at him. He really had a knack for rudeness. Your company should do a better job of screening and training your employees in customer service. And drop the annoying cold-call approach. If you must do phone sales, call only people who indicate they are interested in your service.

I take great pride in my job and from one consumer to the next you really are missing out... my company is registered with our local area Chamber and The BBB. we currently have an A - rating... Our owner Hank did an amazing thing for the families here in Springfield, MO. You see several years back Wyndham Resorts Customer service center was downsized due to the economy and out sourcing.. Hank sadly had to close the center and try to explain to over 300 families that they would no longer have jobs...put yourself in there shoes...What would you do? well Hank decided to take every last cent and put it into a new call center for the families no longer having jobs...he worked his butt off to bring the company from nothing to a fully functioning call-center handling large marketing campaigns so we could employ the former Wyndham Employee's.. Just remember not everyone who calls you is trying to scam you...we are people just like you with familyies just like you...we are here to earn a living and you reap the benefits of awesome savings.. I brought a pkg from over the phone, i stayed at a beautiful resort!

My wife paid 169.00. For this somewhat  4 days and 3 nights. I was very upset at first timeshare tour. I didnt want the package but I looked on line at the area wish was Nashville  and went wow. I andmy wife just went a had the best time...The resort was great and the staff was alsome know high pressure..We are wyndham reward customers and we will comeing back...Thanks gmc and wyndham we saved a lot of money and had a great time.
