You need to get a class action lawsuit for elder abuse since most of their customers are elderly and they use that against them to get them to sign away.

We too were scammed BIG TIME!!!  Purchased in 2009 and  will have paid $17000 (plus maintenance fees) for something we will NEVER use because we were blatantly lied to in the sales pitch and every step of the way afterward!  We are livid!  We even went down there in August 2013 to try and get resolve and got slapped again and paid them money to stay there to boot!  LET'S GET JUSTICE AGAINST THESE CRIMINALS!!! I have our entire meeting tape recorded and they definitely incriminated themselves.

Would love to get a Class Action lawsuit against Branson's Nantucket!  We paid cash for this and can't get a filed deed.  We were told that we will not a filed deed for 24 months because Branson Nantucket is still under construction.  They pointed out that #6 on our contract states that, BUT #1 on the contract says that we will receive a filed deed.  The woman I talked to there was very rude.  I have reported Branson's Nantucket to the BBB now and see what that leads.  These people need to be in JAIL!!!  We purchased in November 2012.

Have you received any resolve.  We too were scammed around the exact same time and have been trying to get it resolved for four years now and were recently told they're not doing anything for us.

Hello,
I see that this is an old posting but wanted to see if i could talk to you through this webpage. My husband and i just bought into the branson nantucket but on the 5th day sent them a letter of cancellation by certified mail. Just in time to be within MO's law of rescission period. As of today, i talked to the 'vlo' there and she told me she hadn't received the letter yet. I sent it on Sat. and this is Wed. I thought it was supposed to reach them on Mon. So i'm wondering why she hasn't received it.?? I just really feel the need to talk to someone about this because i am so embarrassed first of all that we fell for this. Also wondering how these types of companies are even allowed to exist. I have many questions. My husband is busy working and is leaving all this to me. I also think he has a lot of pride and is mad that he also fell for this.
So, i'm just wondering if you are still there? This is very random for me to write on a post, i've never done this before but have been scouring the internet since this whole timeshare ordeal started with us.
Thanks for posting when you did.

I too have been through the complaint process and am considering seeking legal help.  If my story would help you at all or if we could get a group of people together for a civil suit, please let me know, so far, we have not even paid 1/3 of the total cost and are considering not paying the rest.  We can clearly see now that this is not what it was advertised to be.  I also have close contacts in the media in three surrounding states, so I may move forward with that.  Thanks

I agree Mike Jett has done the unthinkable to anyone that he can gain trust from . Mike Jett is a criminal and he and Kevin are one in the same. I can believe that Kevin wants him back because thieves stick together. My dear friends that are senior lost everything due to Mike Jett and Kevin Knesal, They will burn in hell as well as anyone that is involved with that place. Karma always comes around and it will on all of you that have to steal from people to make a living. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU. GO AHEAD AND TRY TO CONVINCE YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE DOING WHAT IS RIGHT, AND NOT SELLING LIKE THE OTHERS. WRONG!!! BECAUSE THE MAN UPSTAIRS KNOWS WHAT YOU ARE DOING. I can only say that you people that work there need a Title, Desperate for Money or have No Conscience.

Stay Away from Nantucket and Mike Jett if anyway but we own other timeshares and love them.

Branson's Nantucket won't care if your are screwed. They only care about their pocket. They are very nice to ignorant people, people that will not care if they are scammed.

I would suggest to submit your complaint to Better Business Bureau. This people will not correct their bad business practice if all the victims will not take actions againts them.

I'm not making a reply to anyone in particular. I just wanted to let everyone know of my experience with Branson's Nantucket and Ozark Mt. Welcome Center. We had purchased a trip for $99 to come for the "wonderful opportunity" of hearing a salespitch. We were sent our confirmation letter and the hotel information. We were booked into the Boxcar Willie Motel. We had seen some pretty bad reviews of this motel and called to try to get a different hotel. We were told it would cost us an additional $80 if we changed motels, so we decided to keep this reservation after being told if an issue arose after our arrival, they would take care of it then. We arrived at the motel on Dec. 27, 2012 and were pleasantly surprised. The beds, pillows, pool, hot tub, and shower were great. We discovered at 10 p.m. that our TV did not work, which was not a big deal. My husband called the desk and asked if another one could be brought to our room. The answer was not until the next day, but we could switch rooms if we would like. We did not feel like packing everything up and move to another room at that time of night when it was so minor an issue. so my husband asked if he and my son could just move a TV from another room and the girl at the desk said they could and gave them a key to the other room to do so. No complaint on anything up to this point. We slept that night very well, got up the next morning, showered and got dressed, and went down for breakfast. Mediocre at best and we felt as if they were trying to limit how much everyone ate, but still not a big deal to us. We went back to our room to let my 15 year old son know we were about to leave to go to the Nantucket presentation. My husband went into the bathroom and the water was up to the rim on the toilet. He called the front desk and told them about it and the lady said she would have maintainence come look at it "when they got there." We told our son not to use the toilet and to expect the maintainence guy. And if he had to go to the bathroom, to go to the one in the lobby. We left to go to the Nantucket thing and had only been gone 10 minutes or less and our son called, frantic, because there was water out to the edge of his bed! We immediately turned around and went back.  We were pretty upset because we had made them aware there was a problem, and come to find out, they knew there was a problem with it the day we checked in but didn't mention it. We promptly checked out, went to Nantucket and told them why we were late for our presentation (due to the motel they insisted we stay in) and were told they were booked the rest of that day and the next. And that they couldn't "gift" us with the things we were supposed to get because we didn't do the presentation. I said I guess that was fine, even though it was not due to anything we did wrong, but that we needed a room for that night...remember I had paid $99 for this trip, and was supposed to get 2 nights accomodations...and they would take care of it if an issue arose with our motel. The lady went to talk to someone and came back with a letter to give to Welcome Center for our gifts and they were to take care of finding us another motel for that night. We arrived at the Welcome Center with the letter in hand....and Kasey told us they couldn't "gift" us because someone had called from Nantucket and told them not to. She also said the motel room was not her problem either because we had been offered another room and refused it....I said why would I switch rooms because of a TV? That's the only time we were offered another room and I wasn't going to switch rooms just because of that.  She made a phone call to someone and I heard her say, "what do you want me to do? I'm getting my head ripped off." She got off the phone and said she couldn't give me anything. I told her I hadn't ripped anybody's head off yet and I didn't appreciate being slandered. We then went back to Nantucket. I was told I would need to talk to Amy. I then went to Amy and she said she was the one that told the Welcome Center not to give me anything. I asked her why they gave me this letter and sent me to the Welcome Center then if they had no intention of giving me anything. She said "That letter is just our way of saying We're Done With You," in a superior, snotty tone of voice. I said that I guessed I would have to contact the Better Business Bureau. She said, "Go for it!" I have tried to find out who her boss is, supposedly she doesn't have one except the owner, Kevin out of St. Louis. I have called and called trying to get that information, but haven't gotten anywhere yet. They keep putting me off. Nantucket or the Welcome Center didn't care that we had no place to stay last night. The only one that did was Mary at the Boxcar Willie Motel and she made arrangements for us at another place. She even tried to make the Welcome Center understand that none of this was our fault, it was all on the motel, but to no avail. I feel both the Welcome Center and Nantucket have committed fraud, especially since I have it in writing that we were supposed to receive our gifts, which consisted of 4 show tickets and a $30 dinner voucher....and another night in a motel, which I had paid for. Neither of these places would have cared if we had had to spend the night in our car....and by the way, it was extremely cold and snowed before the day was over. They don't hesitate to lie and run people in circles.

If you were a Branson's Nantucket victim you need to hire a lawyer and file a suit against Branson's Nantucket. Let's not be afraid. The reason why this type of companies/people keeps scamming other people because most of the victims are afraid or doesn't have money to hire a lawyer. Other option is to bring your complaints to Missouri Attorney General's office.

They are lying about the clubhouse. It's not going to be built until last. They are ripping people off left and right. Not very many of the Warranty Deeds have been recorded, granted they have 2 years, but people who purchased in 2009 haven't been recorded yet. They are also s****y to their employees. There longest running employee has been there since March 2011. Kevin listens to whoever kisses his a**, and not who tells the truth. Their current DOS has been accused of sexual harassment against an employee. All of the furnishings in the units are from Wal Mart. Like the faucets, etc.

We just bought into Branson Nantucket and I have read all of the complaints.  I know it takes time for any company to develop and we are getting in on the ground floor (yes, I know it has been 3 years, so what?).  When we went on the tour men were working there on the new condos.  The clubhouse has not started yet and they told us that it would be built.  The only thing I see is people complaining but what are you actually complaining about?  All I see is 'I was ripped offf', 'they lied', ' misrepresented'.  What actually is your real complaint, I need to know that.  Thanks.  It was an investment for us and my husband said that investing is a risk, so we are in for now. We didn't do the monthly payments, we paid cash and we know that we will be billed for maintenance.  My husband is one that does a lot of figuring and thinking and questioning in these interviews.  The salesperson even said something about my husband would be a good accountant...he replied 'I have my degree in accounting!'  I read some of the BBB complaints...over 50.....33 had been resolved.  There is probably a reason for the remainer not being resolved but I don't know what their complaints are!

I love the condo we looked at and the view is breathtaking!!!!

That is a big lie. MIke Jett is a scammer. He was the sales manager then at BN. And I discovered his style months after he screwed us up. His sales agents will talk to clients first and if his sales agents can't convince the clients while he is from a far watching the transaction, he will join to the table and will push the deal by telling the clients all the lies including the extra 4 weeks and the investment opportunities by renting the weeks out and that he knew somebody who has been working for Branson's Nantucket's clients who wants to rent out their weeks and make money. People watch out for Mike Jett!!!

If you want updates on your Branson?s Nantucket timeshare I would call the owner Kevin Knostrill that you pay for it each month. As a matter of fact I would call him at home (314) 821-1185... Just as he did to scam your money from you in the first place?I recently worked there so I can tell you it?s still a scam, they could care less about you or your vacation needs and they will drag this resort out as long as possible,,you will never be able to enjoy what you have purchased,,,

You need to contact or submit your complaint to Missouri AG's office. Plus, you can also submit your complaint to Better Business Bureau. Missouri AG's office is now working a lawsuit( for the victims)against BN. Also, Better Business Bureau received a lot of complaints against BN. all these complaints, when filed in Better Business Bureau and in Missouri AG's office can help us win on each of our case against BN. Good luck to all BN victims.

I have read many articles about reselling timeshares and all of them caution about paying ANY money up front.  What incentive is there for the agency to sell your property when they already have your money up front.  Be very wary of this practice.  We would very much appreciate it if someone who has contacted the Missouri AG's office would contact us.  We live in Ohio and are visiting Branson this week. We drove by the other day and there is not much more at BN than was was in July 2010 when we regrettably purchased our points.  I am SO SORRY my husband and I ever set foot on that property.  Why would anyone ever even want to stay there?  There are absolutely NO amenities.  It was almost laughable when we got a call about a month ago for a special travel package that would have included a presentation at BN.  I was just sick when the telemarketer said it was available to the public now, that you didn't even have to be an owner to stay there. If you can help us in any way to get things rolling to get our money back, we would be so thankful.  We are both retired and this has been our worst nightmare.  Please respond to painters@roadrunner.com
