I got a phone call today from someone named jason white - investigations - I called him back and asked him why he was calling and that I wanted his name and address so my attorney could contact him. He said it doesn't work that way over and over then proceeded to scream at me and hung up - yeah - real legit!!!!!
What a bunch of scammers

Saying they were from check fraud division bunch of  bull don'nt even have any checks,

Called harassing me with going to be picked up by cops for felon check fraud. When I informed her I had filed bankruptcy she state bankruptcy doesn't cover this. Asked for her information to give to my attorney so and she hung up on me.

Anytime you say please send me paperwork so I can see the validity they never do.  They threaten papers and more court fees.  Sick as-sholes...  nothing ever happens, all they do is threaten.

These companies are pathetic.  Just received two calls just answered and hung up.  No one ever shows up at the door.  I did owe payday loans because those sharks sold my number and info to bottom feeders and are trying to threaten.  They did scare me into paying way too much back a couple of years ago.  I do not let them threaten anymore, I just don't answer or reply.  I delete their voice mails.  They are sick people and full of s***.  Anyone who works for these companies should go to hell.

says it is a litigaor for a law firm collecting on a payday loan from a company i have never heard of. threatens me with cops showing up same day to serve papers, jail time, and court. they can never provide the info you ask for. said i owe over $700.00
