This number was from the "basement experts"  They were wanting to solicit a basement waterproofing system.  THey strted theri call with something like "You called us regarding your basement system."  I never called, I told em it was an apartment.

Jim met a 23 year old Florida girl on one of his "business trips" I was told his wife divorced him. From what I here she had money too. but he is back in Grands Rapids doing what he does best. Sells home improvement LOL. Loser

Does anyone know what Quigley is up to these days? Is he still married? His wife didn't seem the type to stick around if the money is gone.

They didn't go out of business because they couldn't train people. They had several very experienced installers when they went out of business. Quigley is the reason they went out of business. He spent too much money doing the things that rich people do and lost it all. He was a shitty businessman and it caught up to him. He left everyone high and dry without jobs because he was a total f-up. The OC System is way over priced but if you are dumb enough to sign the paper you get what you deserve. The key is to tell them no, kick them out and then they call back 2 weeks later with an amount half of the original estimate.

God this people won't stop calling me. When I told them that I am not interested in doing business with them the person I talked to started bringing up family issues and how he really needs this job. Very unprofessional.

These guys ARE NOT OWEN'S CORNING. They tell people they are, but they're NOT. They're just licensed contractors for Owen's Corning. Yes, they are basement remodelers and they DO install the Owen's system, but they're full of s**t.

I called the number back and ask what their business name is and how they got my phone number and asked that my phoen number be removed from their list.

They said their business name was "The Basement experts" and that someone inquired about something with my basement and provided my busienss cell!!

Yep same here.  owens Corning is the call and they call my cell phone about 3 or 4 times a week.  It started when I asked for some info about the system and then later found out how expenisve it was.  I have answered a few times and it hangs up

I have a few friends in the Toledo area (419 area code), so I called the number back and didn't recognize the caller or what was said. So, I told them I had dialed the wrong number. But after reading the comments I do recall awhile back getting calls from Owens Corning in regards to basement work.

At least 2 times per year for the last three years...the first year was worse!  I got my entire basement finished and it is not stark white (their only choice)--o yeah the upside I got the walls plus about 5 times the work donw for less than 1/2 of the money.

I get this same phone call ..I have no idea how they even got my cell phone # because I don't hand it out to everyone.  This same company calls my house # as well - but only on that number do they ever leave a message (thank god for caller id).  How can you block them? - they're annoying as HELL!

This is from the Basement Experts. It's an Owen's Corning licensed basement installer. They want to set a 4 hour appointment for a saleman to come into your home and high-pressure you into buying their over priced crappy basement system that is nothing more than fiber glass covered with fabric & it looks like a cubical from an office.
