a female answered when I called this number back. she told me I had registered for an online rewards club and I was entered in a million dollar drawing, available to holders of master card, visa, ....and she then asked me which one I held. I told her I didn't have a card. She says... "well our records indicate that you do." I told her it was a card to an account my uncle and I closed, and was no longer good. She then asks me, " you don't have a debit card" ... I told her no. So then she says "good luck in the drawing" and immediately hangs up.......................................she just told me it was for people with cards, so how much luck do I need, if I don't have a card. I'm not in the drawing....It's a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a call last week and advised this company to remove me from this call list. I got another call from this number just 10 minutes ago. This time from a woman who identified herself from being an employee of JMS Marketing. She said I entered a million dollar for life sweepstakes and said I had been selected in the runoff. She wanted to know if I still had the credit card. I asked if she was from Publishing Clearing House and she replied no. She said JMS Marketing out of Melbourne, Florida. I said I have never entered any sweepstakes other then Publishing Clearing House and they never require a credit card nor would they be calling me. They only come to your home or send you the check via UPS and Fedex. I advised I have never entered the contest. She replied then someone else did in my behalf. That is not true. No one else has my credit card information but me and I only have 2 daughters and no other living relatives. I said I was not going to answer her questions and I did not enter any contest other then Publishing Clearing House. Apparently other people are getting calls from this same number where they do state they are from Publishing Clearing House but she said to me she was from JMS Marketing. I have not entered any sweepstakes with JMS Marketing either. She said it was the Mega Million for Life sweepstakes. I called and reported this to Publishing Clearing House and gave them the number she called me from. This is a scam. Report it to your State Attorney General Office.

Got the same "message" from them. They must be using other numbers in other locations as well - I am averaging 15 a week. If this continues, I am going to be forced to change my number.

received a call from this number and decided to answer, which I usually don't. The personded like they had a mouth full of mush and talking foreign language. Told them if they were going to make calls in the U.S. to at least learn English as that is the Number one language. here. Hope I insulted them that they will not call back.

Got this call yesterday but no one was on the line. I called them this morning. A young woman was on the line right away after no rings. I stated that she called my phone yesterday and was wondering who she was. She asked "is this Jeff?" When I replied she gave her name and said she was calling from Florida, not Toledo even though it was an Ohio number. She then went on with the million dollar drawing speech. The more she talked the more I realized that all the info she had came from a Publisher's Cleaning House survey I made the mistake of filling out.

get calls at 9 am and again about noon or 1:00. I am on 2 do not call lists. No answer when I answer. Is the do not call list where they get my number? Makes you wonder. Do not call list is worthless.

This is just another phony number being used by the contest and credit card interest scammers. They must be using at two dozen of them covering area codes all over the country. Bunch of devil worshippers and animals. This is a tie-line robo-caller engaged in the usual frauds and scams. A pox on them. More calls grouped into the totality of nuisance, fraud, scam calls, etc. What they really want is your credit card number to pay an upfront fee to collect your prize, which will never be fulfilled, but you will get $100s in fraudulent charges.
Unfortunately, as this is a major election year for Congress, local dog catchers, sheriffs, etc., we can expect an increasing number of these types of fraudulent calls to annoy us and try to steal our money and identities. It is also an opportunity to vote out of office all of the firebreathers, tea partyers and other wackos who shut down the Government last year for 16 days, who still oppose Obamacare (despite the fact that millions of their constituents have been able to sign up for affordable health care), and who are shameless liars and embarrass the U.S. with their dumb behavior. Do not donate anything over the phone to anyone, period; an open invitation to fraud and the countless bandits who will simply pocket your "donations." IF YOU ARE IN A POSITION OF RESPONSIBILITY OR ARE AN ELECTED OFFICIAL, BE PART OF THE SOLUTION, NOT PART OF THE PROBLEM, AND CULTURE TEAMWORK AT ALL TIMES!
It is assumed that all improperly or incompletely identified numbers are from the increasing number of scams, frauds, tie-lines, etc. This is why everyone must contact their elected reps in DC to demand that they significantly strengthen the DNC laws, providing extremely severe dollar and prison sentences for violators, and give more strength to the FTC. This is an opportunity for Congress to actually do something useful for the country, not just pass gas and throw spitballs at each other. Any business must be properly identified with their legal name on Caller Id, not hide behind Not Available, Private, Unavailable, etc. It is time to ban any kind of solicitation call, whether telemarketer, charitable, political, survey, opinion poll or whatever, plus outlaw any use of tie lines, robo-callers, VoIP, or use of numbers not issued by a legitimate, FCC licensed common carrier (telephone company). You can be assured that funds donated or authorized over the phone will mostly go into the pockets of the organizers, not to the charity or political campaign, or intended purpose, along with a $10 donation showing up as $100s in charges. Never give a credit card number or any personal data to anyone over the phone. There must be a new scam and fraud being generated every second out there. We need call control, not gun control!

Said they were from JMS Marketing located somewhere in Florida. They said I signed up for something and was in the running for a million dollars then asked which credit card company I used. I asked if they already knew that I had a credit card then why would they need me to tell them which one...the guy said it was to verify or whatever. I then told him to take me off their list. It's an obvious scam.
