I answered and a man said my husband's name and asked how I was enjoying the Spring. He then told me some sob story about how they need money to give packages to the families of slain police officers. He told me how distressed they were, after getting the news, so it was important they their received donations. I thought it was the local police, who we donate to, but they are local. This guy pressured me to pledge 75 dollars and gave that amount a certain name. I told him I would have to talk to my husband, then he asked for my name, as if he were writing it down on a pledge sheet. Like an idiot, I told him, then he went on about what a lovely name that is. He would have said that had it been Gurtrude Gurtz! I again told him I would have to talk to my husband, who wasn't home. He asked me to hold, I told him I had to go, then another man came on the line and thanked me for my generosity and told me they would be sending out a packet. I'm sure the packet will never arrive, they'll call again, I'll never answer, or give them a dime! They're scamming! Our number is on the do not call list, but that means nothing to them!! I could hear many voices in the background. I'm calling the BBB?don't know why, I know they're not members! Beware!!!!!

Received a call from this number at 5:12pm on June 12, 2014. Caller claimed to be Ms. Templeton with the Police and Trooper Association. I hung up immediately.

Had message from this number, on my answering machine. Message said "you have f***** up, you have f***** up".

I have received several calls from this number and they say nothing.

They've called me 3 times in the last week.  I do not answer unfamiliar numbers.  I wait until I hear a voice mail, which this number never leaves because it's obviously a scam.  

I am supposed to be on the do not call list and I'm FURIOUS that useless people like these keep getting through.  

called my house, asked for my husband when I said he was at work they hung up.  Do not call registry doesn't work!

Actually, it was for the National State Troopers and not the National State Police.

We received a call from this number today (5/6/14).  When my husband answered the phone the guy on the other end just said his last name (not Mr. or ever First Name, Last  Name).  He said he was calling for the National State Police.  When my husband said "I have nothing for you" and rudely replied "I have nothing for you either" and hung up.  So unprofessional.

May 4, 2014 at 1:15 p. m.  caller id says sneedville, TN, I answered, was a man said he was calling for National Police Troopers Assoc for money to help state troopers familys , I told them my hubby had no job, we had no money so no and he hung up on me, maybe they will stop calling now

I received a call from 423-382-0076. They hung up after I answered. I called back since it showed as a Tennessee #. I hope they didn't give me a bogus charge.

Please call back! I was not done cursing you. If the best job you can find is a call center, I would as soon pay your unemployment.

Caller called at 9:41 a.m.  The phone rang four time.  I picked up and said "hello" repeatedly in a loud voice, and then some ignorant sounding woman with a barely audible voice asked me why I was yelling at her!  I called her an idiot and told her I was yelling because she did not speak up in the first place.  She then hung up the phone.  I performed a star 69 caller identification procedure on my phone, got the caller's number back, and called it.  I got an answering machine, and not identification of the caller's company on the answering machine.  I yelled into the machine, calling the caller a damn Gypsy, yelled about being on the DO Not Call List;  Gave my number;  and told the gypsy outfit not to call me back!  I plan next to report this outfit as a Do Not Call List Violation.  I hate Gypsy scumbags calling me for any kind of solicitation whatsoever.  I wish the FEDs would go after them!

someone called and asked for my mom and said would give 100$ to ride this S*** i called back i said dont you ever call back you worthless piece of trash get ur mom to be ur hoe and btw i live near virginia beach which is pretty weird to be calling all the way over here?????

They call every day at least two times per day

I received a call from this number. no answer I have gotten many calls from scammers.
. to report many of  these calls go www.ic3.gov maybe they can help  but beware scammers will tell you anything to get information. tell them nothing personal that they can use. I immediately accuse them of being a scammer they will hang up than start harassment calls from all over the United States. keep reporting them for what they are. the FBI gave this site to   report these calls. the Federal trade commission. give them no money, they will not stop. keep reporting these calls. sooner they will shutdown these sites. any number that's strange google the number and you can tell that these numbers are harassment or scammers

Called but left no message.

Someone named Rodney called me by name and said he was with the National Police Association. I told him to take this number off his list and not to call again.

Called our home phone about 1:30pm. We did not answer and they did not leave a message. We are on state and national do not call lists.

Seriously-this is the "National Police Troopers Assoc"?????????? After I said I would donate(no intentions)-the guy gives me over to "Tonya" to verify my info...I asked how they got my info-she said the phone company-well, we are unlisted and she replied "that's what our company told us". They are calling from "TN"-I blocked them so we will see if that works.

They're back after a 4 month hiatus ... they must have been on vacation in the Bahamas, either that or in jail where they belong.  We simply don't answer if we don't recognize a valid number, especially if the call comes at mealtimes.

Same as all the other complaints on this site. Do Not Call is a joke they would not call if it worked. I do not answer ANY number I do not know and sometimes I answer and hang up immediately. I wonder if any of these companies go on this website IF U DO you are all LOSERS GET A REAL JOB.

Sneedville, TN.........really????    Go to Wikipedia and look that place up, population is 1,381 and median income is $13,000 so you-all really need to send them CASH as they are poor and live in a bowl valley and population has gone down since last census, maybe starving to death?????    Can't believe they have phone lines unless you count 3 strand barbed wire.  Look them up for a chuckle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What ever you do, DO NOT CALL THESE NUMBERS BACK! Please tell everyone you know, NOT TO CALL THESE NUMBERS BACK! When you call them back they are like the sex talk lines and you will be charged for a minimum of 2 minutes at a rate of $20 to $80 for the first 2 minutes and then more than that for additional rates. They do not warn you about this on the recording when you call they're number back. Just another set of scammers, they always seem to figure out a way to scam money out of people. These people are scumbags.
