Guy calls, poor English, says he needs to speak with IT. I ask what it is in regards to, and he says he is with IBM, and his is connecting the call per his bosses request. But I can hear the hundreds of telemarketers in the background.

Received a call saying he was going to help me fix a virus on my computer.  Once I told him I would get my IT person on the line he  hung up.  Very hard to understand and very persistent.

we have received 20+ calls from this #, sometimes saying he loves me sometimes not.  Clearly doesn't speak english and won't stop even though we have threatened police action.
