Keep getting calls from this number on an unlisted secure phone line, at least 3-4 times a week, we don't answer it so it goes to a dead service message. How do we stop these calls?

Called twice on July 24th. No message.

Have been receiving calls from this number (360-529-6902) and 425-390-8961 for months. They never leave messages and I refuse to pick up. They're pretty relentless; at least 5-7 times a week. I'm also on AT&T. I'm going to attempt to block them from my account page and also complain on do not call website.

This company clearly doesn't subscribe to the DNC list, either because they just don't care or, even worse, they are scammers. The next step is to check with your phone service about blocking the number(s) so the calls don't even get to your phone. It's worked for me.

Thanks for your help I just filed my complaint I hope this Steve and Estella get enough complaints to get shut  down and fined and are put out of business once and for all!!

No ID, Just the Town name: Renton WA.

USS apparently won't take no for an answer.
Called on the landline. Call was intercepted by my call blocker. This device seizes incoming calls after the first ring and caller ID signal and then disconnects. Click. I am almost tempted to make an appointment to meet in my "front yard" with the "Home Security Specialist" and provide the address of a local cemetery or the county jail. Of course, these days a smart person would use internet search to investigate the address, oh well. These guys may be part of or hustling for "Monitronics" or "mymaximumsecurityalarm.com " in which case you might make up some wonderful story (and drag it out) about that home invasion "terrible incident." When the telemarketer tries to close the deal,  just say you now have GE Home Security  Monitoring with Monitronics and about how safe you are now, etc, etc,. Tell them you would never think of switching. Clunk. Please post if the entertainment opportunity arises.

425 area code is in WA

just got 2 calls within 5 minutes -- 2 different #'s but when I looked them up here they BOTH brought up the same info for Pacific Telecom Communications Group, Inc.  360-529-6902 and 425-390-8961.  I have a contact listed as "DONT ANSWER" that I add these #'s to so when they call back again I'll know that I should just ignore them.. also chose "no ring" for the ringtone so it doesnt even ring anymore when those #''s call me.

They call several times per day.  Have not answered the call.
Wanted to check the previous responses listed here on this website.

Caller ID comes up as:  "USS"  with the number 425-390-8961.

Nusance call.  Says it's from Washington, seem to prey on the elderly and should be stopped!

They called me twice today and left on my voicemail that they were with Family Protect.. sounds like a scam.  Same number but claim they are different companies

I have a droid phone, but didn't see how I could 'block' them - followed other advice and hit option 1 to be added to their 'do not call' list - hope it works.

keep calling every hour. SO ANNOYING!! It left the same voice message, "Hi, I am James (something), from the family protective service, just to check how are you doing" <- I don't know him nor the organization!!! it is like a computer voice.

they called 5 times in 4 hours... No msg left.... Did not answer them

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a possible violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Receiving unwanted calls from this number.  I am on the DNR list.

People who have called back and pressed 1 to stop the calls-has this stopped the calls??

These b*****ds called 6 times in a 2 day period and naturally I didn't answer. Caller ID said Renton WA. I think they got the message that I wasn't going to waste my name listening to their nonsense and haven't called since. Seems like quite a few of these calls are based out of Washington. Someone needs to crack down on these low lifes.

I am also on the Do Not Call List and I plan on filing a complaint...

Got 5 calls from 425-390-8961 yesterday.  Have caller ID and did not answer  ID showed USS whoever
that is.  USS also called on 7/16 once and 7/17 twice.  Sofar today is an exception, but the day is not over yet.  I am on the DO NOT CALL list, but that does'nd seem to help.

My husband just texted me from work, said he got a call from this number on his cell, then 10 minutes later I got the same one on our home phone. I called and pressed #1 to be removed, probably won't work though.

Called & left no message.  Added to my blockcall list.

Been receiving numerous calls from the above phone numbers daily.  Three or Four times a day actually!  Is there another source to complain to besides the do not call registery?

What if they have unlimited long distance ?

They have called me 6 times TODAY, and 23 times in the past 7 days. Called me at 9:00pm on a Sunday night! Have been calling me for 2 and a half weeks now. So obnoxious. Never leave a message. When is it considered harrassment??
