We also have received several phone calls from this number, also ID'd as Washington.  When I have chosen to answer there has been either silence then a click or a dial tone.  Also, no message left when the call is not answered.

Received a call at 9:55 this AM.  Just breathing then hung up.

got this call caller ID says WASHINGTON. call came in at 6:47 I answered and got silence.

Halls Lake, WA  is the only info I could find about 425-648-9451 they just called me again. first call was less than 5 min ago same thing as befor I answer and there is only silence

called the number back it says its am vets gives you a 1-800-327-4302 number to call to support there causes then it hung up on me. the 1800 # gets you to a call center for American vets. sorry for the mutiple entries just wanted to share what i found

Thank you for posting their call back number of 1-800-327-4302, irlittlewing. I called it, listened to the entire message and was able to press "9" in order to have my number added to their Do Not Call list. If your number is blocked or you're not calling from the number you want added to their DNC list, it won't work.

This is sure one way to turn off those who solicit by phone.  Better to put them in Iraq.....they are hurting the homeless and former combat people this way even if a dime of the gift goes to that source.  Not mine.

This telephone number calles me on caller ID three or four times a week, usually in the evening.  I screen and refuse to answer but wants the calls to stop.

I made the mistake of answering this call after weeks of ignoring the call. a recorded message asked for my father who has been dead since 1974... not the calls are at least once a day......

They keep calling, not leaving a msg on the answering machine, until today the phone was picked up, and they asked for my name, when told I was busy, we asked who was speaking, they refused to say who they were, asking for my husband next, and so we ended the call then.

These bunch calls us about 4 times a week.  If my wife answers they either hang up on her or harrass her when she asks for details about donation percentages, or purpose of the call.  They called yesterday and it was a hangup.  This morning, at 8:14, they called and I told them in no uncertain terms to quit calling, that we would report them.  They say they are representing the AM Vets, and are collecting money for homeless vets.  I suspect they are scammers and hope they will be caught soon.

These guys call us on average about 4 times a week.  They represent the Am Vets and always want to speak to my husband.  If I answer the phone, most of the time they hang up.  Sometimes they do talk to me, and if I ask them what percentage of a donation actually goes to the cause, they say "what kind of a question is that?"  They are a front, not much goes to actual vets, I am quite sure of that.  They just called again, at 8:12 am.  My husband told them to quit calling, that we were going to report them if they did not honor that request.  If you want to help the vets, take money to your local Veteran's Hospital and hand it over.   At least you know where you left the money.

Have had on the average of two call per for the last week. I dont answer when I see the number thats calling on caller ID

Got a call from this number.  My stepson answered, but apparently the caller asked for me.  When I answered the phone they hung up?!  Very strange.

I was screening calls, when they called.  No message.

these guys are agressive and not to be trusted.  they keep asking for my wife and refuse to leave any details.  So, a guy is calling for my wife and then refuses to identify himself...perfect

I got the call today. Its a non profit organization to help our veterans who are homeless, they are just asking for donation's.

This morning they called my home phone. It was 'Washington' on my caller ID.  No message was left. I don?t know anyone in Washington, and I give my phone number very rarely
