Harasssment Calls: Calls That ring for long periods and When I pick-up automaically The caller hangs up.

I have called this company twice after they have called my business.  In previous phone calls when they have called MY business number they have hung up before I even got a word out.  I finally returned the call and asked to be taken off the call list.  Two weeks later I received ANOTHER phone call from the company. I again asked to be taken off the list and when I called the company to confirm I was treated VERY rudely by an employee named Rich.

Message says it's an "Important Business Matter"
That typically means debt collector.

I just received a call from 425-648-9475 - (same as above) and I didn't pick up - they left no message.

My number is on the web.... I guess that's how they got the number?.....

Like above..they are calling from a University who never told me I owed anything ever and that I attended over 10 years ago. I wrote them and told them to show me some proof any kind of proof and nothing. I also told them in a certified letter return receipt requested to stop calling yet they still call. Bottom of the bottom scum.

Someone who works for Enterprise Recovery System...scum vulture illegal debt collectors. I owe a university nothing, I was on a full assistantship. For over 15 years the university never said I owe anything and they still haven't...yet ERS says that I do. I have sent multiple cease and desist letters return receipt requested yet they continue to call. I have asked for info they provide nothing. These people are the scum of the earth. Anyone reading this who works for Enterprise..know this...you deserve nothing other than to be behind bars for the rest of your life. Nothing more than petty criminals. The WHOLE lot of them.

callers left message saying her name was patti...did not say who the company was...just left the name of patti and an ext to reach her at.
