This Travis guy called me yesterday at work and is harassing me.  He knew my address and SS# plus saying they were going to serve me a warrant for my arrest.

I got the same message today from "Justin Thomas"  I started to freak out a bit because they have my employer however the address they gave as to where I live is not correct. Whats  a good number to call and report these SOBs?

I rec'd the same message from a guy name Kevin Edwards who had an Indian accent and he told me the same thing. I saved my messages because he called mme ttwice.  I will be calling the police cause he said that he was from the norfolk police dept cyber crimes unit plus he left me a local number so I will be call the norfolk police cause he alos has the last 4 of my ss # and my old address. Can someone tell me how they get your information? This is insane.

I received a call from this number this morning (12/15/10). This completely rude guy told me that i owed the $300.00 from a Payday Loan (which i never applied for/received). He said that if i did not pay him $425.00 by the end of the day, i was going to be arrested at my place of business on Friday. He also claimed that they had three pending charges against me.
When i insisted on more details, further information...­he refused & got very pissy with me. He told me that i needed to fax over an admission of guilt, send him the $425.00 today, period.
When i asked to speak with his supervisor/man­ager, he told me that i was not allowed to speak to anyone but him.
I have since changed my e-mail addy, changed my cell phone number, cancelled out my bank account & re-opened a new one, turned them in to the Better Business Bureau, filed a complaint with the Department of Justice, filed a complaint with the consumer Fraud Department, & contacted my local police department

All of this happend to me too but im stupid so i dont let things go. So i demanded they give me more info so i could give it to my lawyer. [Justin] aka [Kevin] aka [travis] got mad and when i told him i knew it was a scam he screamed at me and told me to enjoy jail and hung up. So i called back acting sorry for the way i acted and told them i wanted to fix this without legal procedings.He said good they could settle for 980.00 so i told him to eat $h**. he hung up.So i called back i asked for Kevin the guy said something in indian and said please hold,he then hit a random button just so it would beep and said hello this is kevin, so i said sorry i was looking for justin he said hold pressed random button again and said this is justin, mind you between each beep there is no pause no ring just a single beep like when you press any button on your phone and there is no time after the beep before he says this is justin.Bottom line is its just some idiots useing the most american sounding names they could think of.

I found this out today IT is an OFFICIAL SCAM!

I got another call from these people who can barely speak english, he said his name was Justin Thomas, he had my personal info. Kinda scarey. I did block them from being able to call me.  They keep threatening me with a lawsuit and that a police officer will be coming to my house. Well I tried to call and of course I could not get through.

OMG this happen to me on Friday and I was actually going to fall for it..Justin thomas and he said I owed some Cash Advance and I could pay 980.00 withthin 2hours instead of them serving me with papers with my 3 criminal charges that was pressed on me.. I called the people I owe a payday to and they said they would send me to collections before they pressed charges on me that it had been a scam. they called back cause my card declined and I told them I reported them to the police and he hung up on me! If it wasnt for my bank I would have fell for this. My bank told me it was lots of those scams and life insurance scams out there. PLEASE BE CAREFUL PPL> They have all my personal information

Everything mentioned above has also happened with me.  Yesterday a message was left at my office from a Shirley Grey, 425-998-1375, Dept. of Law and Investigation.  One of NUMEROUS call I have received at work, home and even to my 79 yr. old mother.  These peole speak with a heavy middle eastern accent that I cnanot understand hardly one word of what is said.  This will hopefully not go unnoticed or unpunished!!

I received a call tonight from"Justin Thomas" whom sounds Indian and I was barely able to understand him as well.  But it's the same as above, he stated that there were 3 criminal charges against me and he also had my address and the last 4 of my social.  He said I needed to call him back today or his "law officers" would come to my address to arrest me by 7pm tomorrow!  I blocked my number and called the number they left back to ask questions but it said the mailbox was full and then disconnected me.  I reported this to my local police and they took the number but said it sounded like a scam and just not to give them any information and tell them if they called back that they have been reported to the police.

I have received this call 2 times now and was not sure if I should call back or not.  "Travis" said I have 3 criminal allegations against me and to call him back by the end of the day or face the legal system.  He even had my last 4 digits of my SSN!!!

I have been getting the same message.  I have filed a complaint with both the FBI and the United states Army Criminal Investigation Division to investigate the situation.  While typing this up I got a call back from the FBI.  They have been reported and it is a phishing scam that they are investigating.  They told me if anyone else calls threatening a lawsuit to file the complaint with them,  I am actually really amazed at the response time back from the FBI.  Anyway I hope that this helps.

another Indian said he was from criminal agency looking to scam money.said his name was mark. go back to your country and treat your people this way it doesn t fly here in the usa!!!!!
