They call me saying they were from Sprint and ask me for my pass code and I made the error of giving it to them Now Sprint put a lock on my account and it was a Spanish women this has never happen to me

SCAM - called claiming to be from cell phone company, asking for information/ codes/ mailing address etc. as a general rule, do not give out any info to someone calling you. you cannot verify their authenticity.
