Well I've got calls at 3:00am, 1:30am, and after 10:30pm so a can imfaticly disagree with your perspective on business practices by the company in which you work or used to work for.  It's difficult to be nice to a stranger when they wake you at all odd hours.

Thanks for your post.  I also just had autobody shop work and I also have USAA.  I would have answered, but my caller id just shows Logan Utah - nothing about USAA.  No message was left either.  I think I will take their next call, as I have a few points to make.  Maybe they don't realize that most of us have been plagued to death by calls that look just like theirs and we don't answer unless we recognize something about it.

Dumbass,'it's a survey from a company you used and you likely approved their call when doing business with them. Chill out. Not everything in the world is a scam.

3 missed calls from this number everyday for a week. I haven't answered because I didn't recognize the area code. I just got a new number this month. They never leave a message.

I have been getting calls from this # just about everyday since May 28, 2013. They never leave a message & the calls are usually between 6 pm & 8:30 pm. I decided to call using *67 today & it says "Thank you for calling our research center" and "We will call you back another time" and even "We know your time is valuable". If they know my time is valuable then they need to stop calling me.

They also say on the recording that they aren't trying to sell you anything but I'm still not interested.

Interesting. I bought a car this weekend, and this is the second call I received from this number. It's about 7:40 pm. The call the other day was about the same time. I didn't answer since the number isn't familiar. No voice messages left.

The DO NOT CALL list pertains only to telemarketers. Market research (surveys, polls, etc) does not have a do not call list. Know the law before you accuse someone of breaking it.

This number keeps calling but hang ups when I answered. He should stop harrassing people.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY: After a dozen calls with no message, I finally answered since I had an idea of what it might be. This was a customer satisfaction survey requested by my insurance company regarding an Autobody shop they had sent me to (the shop had said I would receive a call).  I imagine they perform work for multiple companies and industries. They really should leave a message though! I would have answered the next call. Short and sweet - five questions maybe. No waiting - a human was in the line when I answered.

These people have called two nights in a row after 8:00 PM. They did not leave a message. I called them back and a reorder answer indicated they were a POLL. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST. Obviously these people are completely ignoring the LAW.

Calls once a week in the evening. No message left.

this number called me at 8:34Pm. I didn't answer and will not call them back.  they did not leave a voice mail.

I called them back so they would t call me for the 4th day in a row. Didn't catch the name of the company (the outgoing message was so fast) it's an opinion survey company. Recording said "not selling anything"

I got a call from this number and the man asks if I have a computer or laptop then starts flirting with me. He thinks I am 26 by my voice and I tell him I am 65. Continues to flirt. I just hang up then get a call back in a few minutes. I am not answering any number that I don't know. They are using numbers from all over the US

Called @ 9pm. So mad!! Good to know who it was, but still angry!!

Multiple calls all times of day. No messages left. Said it is a Utah number.  If I don't know who it is and it isn't local I don't answer. So I figure they will eventually get tired of calling me. And I have never been to a BMW dealer but for years ago the mini cooper dealer and it was when I had my old phone number. Still own the mini though so who knows???? But im not picking up.

You stopped after they asked for your birthday, but giving them your full name and address as on your DL Isn't personal or was it the $5 you couldn't resist? Idiot.

I picked up this call the 3rd time they tried to reach me.  I recently had some body repair work on my car and this was my insurance company (USAA) calling me to answer a survey on the quality of the work and my experience with the body shop which they had referred me to.   No problem, perfectly legitimate call, took only a minute.

Caller claimed to be from University of Oregon doing a survey on child abuse.  Wrong area code for U of O - I hung up.

Called my phone number at 8:18pm and again at 9:50pm last night.  Never leaves a message.  If I do not recognize the number, I do not answer - they need to leave a message, then maybe I would answer.  I work early in the morning and have small children - not very considerate!
