same happen to me exactly..i called bge and also reported to state deligate

The woman is rude and says my electric bill is through them but did not state the company name and wanted to speak to the person who pays the electric bill & then wanted me to get a copy of my bill.  I told her if she was my electric company she should have my account already pulled up.  She did not know my name and would provide it then she hung up.
