DO NOT FALL TRAP TO THESE GROUPS.
THEY ALSO USE 866 number's
If u r being called by them call ur phone carrier, if u have the time.

Tell them ur being harassed, especially if u r on a do not call list or a MD resident.

Although suing business's who miss rep themselves should be easy to do its not.  If the business ends up being legit u've wasted ur time.  An non-legit business, often is smart enough to take down their numbers quickly.  Any office space can be abandon w/in hours, leaving Data lines & phone drops literally hanging from the ceiling, then move to another local.  Most likely in another state if the business originated in the area code to begin w, often cons purchase out of state area codes to fool the recipient.  I realize if ur reading these posts ur already know this, but lets help those vics who dont know whats happening.
Best way to deal w this group is to report to ur carrier, and use harassment.  Providers watch numbers that have constant reports o harassment. W any luck we can shut down a possible un-legit group.
It would seem They are getting names off home loan lists in default or thts  whats believed. that or bankruptcy lists.
Most Americans do realize Bankruptcy records are of public record.  what they may not know is businesses may ask reporting agencies for only individual/entities names who have filed for bankruptcy.  Making them even more vulnerable. Becs if u have a bankruptcy on record in the last 2yrs chances r a bank is not looking to bail u out of housing debt.  Good luck
