Someone called and ask for money to help with family's who lost everything in a fire. I told them time and time again I could not help this time. They went from $50.00 to ended up with $12.00. Over and over still telling them NO. It was oh honey they need your help and God bless you for anything you cane help.
Really give me a break. We support are local fire department and that is what we all should do. Hate these calls !!!!!!

some kind of sketchy "fundraiser/charity" for sick children, (so they claim). they called my cell phone looking for my deceased grandfather. Didnt even say who the hell they were, i had to ask them. Me thinks i smell a scam

Got this call before... Ran through their script VERY quickly asking me for money for dying children. When I said that I could not donate at this time, she made a comment that I was denying children their last dying wish and asked me again if they could rely on my $50.00 donation! Funny how she spoke so quickly in order to get through her routine, so quickly in fact that I never caught the name of their so-called company, but had no problem telling me that I was denying a child their dying wish and I should give them $50 or more! Really? Ridiculous..

got the same call with "jak" caller id. guy stated he was from some kids wish foundation or network. asked him what he would do with any donation i gave him, but it took him about a minute to look up his script to figure out what to tell me. guy was either pitifully new and unprepared, or just didn't have a plan.
