Yes, I have also gotten the same call from telemarketer that was clearly not based in the US. Immediately hung up after they verified my first name. Now I know not to answer any calls from unrecognized numbers.

recieved a call from this number but when i answered there seemed to be noone there. when i called this number back it asked if i wanted to be on the do not call list if so press 1. i pressed 1 and it said to allow 24 hrs fro my number to placed on the do not call list. well see if it works

i received a call about reducing a credit card interest rate and when i asked questions they hung up.  i called the number back and it said the number didn't exist.

Called once so far and left no msg.  I think they are trying to sell credit card relief.

didn't answer, but all those scam phone calls are annoying me... never leave your cell on, they call any time of the day. is it possible to block those?? *grrr*

you can just call them back, you get an automated message saying to press 1 to be removed from the call list.

they keep calling me! i ask them to take me off their no call list many times and just hang up on me and keep calling!

same deal as last post...  at least they waited six days before trying again.  it's so sad that there are people who have nothing better to do.

Recording asking to lower my credit card rate. Asked to press 9 to speak with a person but doesn't have an option to opt out of receiving the calls. There SHOULD be an option. The calls are annoying. I told the agent to take my number off the list.

called my cell and left a message. I called it back and they would not answer any questions about their company (SCAM)

Called my cell. I misread the number and thought it was someone I knew. I usually don't answer unknown numbers. The recording started and I just hung up.

My son got a new phone, and these calls came through almost immediately.  Nobody is safe.

They called me cell and asked me to press #9 to get lowered interest rate.  I was transferred to "Ray" who said he could lower rates on Visa and Mastercard.  I told him his call was inappropriate and advised him I was going to report him to the BBB.  He asked me 3 times not to call BBB.

just the number on the caller ID.  They call but they never leave a message.  I refuse to answer a call if there is no name on the caller ID.  The only people I have give  my number to show up with their name.  And I'm certainly not going to discuss businesss with an INCOMING call.  If I wish to do business with a company, I will originate the call to them.
