they Called my work asked for me told and i told  my coworker to have it sent to my work phone and she did they didnt leave a message or anything

COMING FROM 443-759-4139 AND 443-835-3785.  Keep asking for the maintenance supervisor, I explain it is me, they offered to send me a catalog, I declined, the first time- Mr. Dicks (?) was outright rude.  They keep calling, about once a month for the last 9 months.

I called the Customer Service back at 443-835-3785, asked to speak to a manager, I explained the situation and want to be removed from their list, manager said, "no problem, thank you for calling, sales people should not be calling, I'll take care of it" then hung up the phone on me.

Complaint: telemarketer to send us a catalog,cases oflightbulbs show up that were not ordered,then more of them,won't accept return, keep sending us bills?An employee took phone call from these crooks and said yes we use those bulbs and sure send us a catalog. Next we get shipments of light bulbs that we never ordered. Our accounting dept didn't notice and paid that invoice. Next we receive 3 more boxes and more invoices for $1.50 bulbs at $27.50 each! Their "customer service" Mr. *** ****** says, "I cannot provide a shipping label for a backordered item that is well outside of its return period." We did not place any order with your company - nor were we owed anything "backordered" Also, well outside the return period is pretty odd being as we just got the bogus delivery on January 3, 2013??No one even contact us about returning the product until after I attempted several times to collect on the invoice. You've NEVER called "several" times or even once to collect on the invoice because we just received the invoice on January 6, 2013 via email and I spoke to you YESTERDAY January 7, 2013 ??As you may recall, we received the unordered / not backordered items on January 3, 2013 and received invoice numbers XXXXX, XXXXX and XXXXX on January 6, 2013 via email. ??We notified you of the unordered / not backordered items the following day...on January 7, 2013 to which you emailed a return authorization form. ??He refuses to provide any return shipping information so we can return the product that was NEVER ordered, they just keep sending us invoices

Ben called from this number, who told our Receptionist that it was critical he speak with our Maintenance Director, who was on the other line.  He insisted that she interrupt him and put him on the line, which is impossible to do, since his office is in the basement, and he then proceeded to state that it would be her fault if our entire HVAC system went down.  She said she woudl continue to try to reach him if he wanted to hold and he said he woudl not get off the line until she got him on the line.  By the time I got involved the receptionist was upset, and didn't know what to do.  When I got on the line, and asked how I could help and explained my position, he said that he was pissed off at being kept on the line for 20 minutes, and I asked for his name and he said Ben, and I further asked for his full hame and he said BenDover, and then he said Ben Cox, and then he said Ben Smith and when I asked for the company he was calling from he said some derogitory name and when I asked for the phone number, he hung up.  They should not be allowed to harrass our businesses and take up our staff's valuable time.

Wouldn't take no that the person wasn't available.
Then switched and said the person had won a Home Depot or Lowe's gift card.
Then said the only way it could be claimed was if the were to buy a cases of light bulbs.

Caller stated he was the lead electrician and wanted the maintenance director's name, I would not give it to him until he said what company he was from, he proceeded to be very rude and deragatory, told me I was not built to answer the phone? I asked him to hold, he hung up, called right back and got my name, said that was all he needed and hung up.  These people should not be permitted to call businesses and solicit.  It is ridiculous!

caller: asked for maintenance supervisor. male stated he needed part # for a repair. nasty when told property mgt was responsible. Would not tell me name of company he was calling from. Came up on our caller ID as Baltimore,MA
