OK I just added the numbers to *60.  So hopefully that will work.  You can block up to 12 numbers at no extra cost.  I have Comcast digital voice.

SAME THING!  443-863-7703 AND 443-863-7348.... All day long, 5 or 6 times a day.  Sometimes literally minutes apart.  When you call the number you get something about representatives calling for a survey - - then they say if you would like to be removed, please press 1, you press one, they say they will attempt to take your number off, then they say, to be sure - after the tone please say only your phone number.

I think that is a way that they actually CONFIRM it's a real phone number.  So I got scammed.  So we can block these numbers?  Does it cost money to block numbers??

I have been getting 5 to 7 calls a day from this number for the past two weeks. I just tried to call the 1-800 # one of the other posts suggested and the recording said if you are not a Level 3 Communication customer, please call you local phone company to assist you regarding any call annoyances. Guess they are tired of getting calls about this too. Anyway, when the # calls, they usually hang up, but today the robot talked and I decided to push option 5 so I could speak with someone, I sat on hold for 7 minutes, hoping to give someone a piece of my mind, but all I ended up getting was a fast busy signal and the call disconnected. This is becoming more than frustrating and there has to be something we can do about it

Call Level 3 Communication @ 18003485457 this is there harassment line. The phone number that is calling has been calling my parents house on the hour every hour and the cell number belongs to a customer(with level 3) of a customer. Level 3 is not to happy to hear what's been going on as I have informed them of the listing of complaints I have found on Google in just the past month. When you call you may get a voicemail box due to only two people work the harassment line. I hope this info that I found is helpful for everyone getting these calls.

Caller ID said "out of area," but was local to me, so I answered and clearly was a robo-call as no one answered immediately.  I disconnected them before anyone answered.

If it's a survey, why do they hang up on us every time we answer?
