I called an 800 number to talk with someone regarding alternatives to a liver transplant.  This lady called me back stating she was from Dr. Radar's office.  The place I was inquiring about was in the Dominican Republic.  I do know they have a web site regarding liver disease and alternatives to liver transplants.

The female caller left her name and number and said to call her back.  Nothing about what the call may have been regarding. I called back and received no answer... This could be a scam.
