his phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

I keep getting called from these people too. 458 isn't even a valid USA area code, so apparently it's out of country somewhere.

It's not even close to legitimate. It's an outright scam.

I got a call offering me a free medical alert necklace.  Is this legitimate?  They want $29.95 for shipping.

Called me today, too.  Dyamanic Alert showed up on caller.  I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.

called this morning on my cell phone which is registered with DO NOT CALL registry.  left no message.

I suspect that these folks are also using 458-201-0438.  458-201-0428 shows Support Alert in my caller ID, 408-201-0438 shows Dyamanic Alert.  Great spelling job, losers.  FYI, I turn my answering machine off when home and just check my caller ID when the phone rings, if a suspect number comes up, I don't answer.
