This number is a scammer

they have called everyday for the last 5 days even as late as 815p CST. I don/t answer calls I don/t know.  When I called the nbr back says office not open after 8p EST.  Interesting thing is all the calls have been made to my phone after 8PM EST.  Their recording just says " office is closed and call back during normal business hours 9a-9p EST".  No name of company or anything.

This number calls my cell phone every day for the last two weeks. Last night i finally picked up and asked them please can you stop calling me and they hung up...and called again today. Unbelievable.

Got a call at 7:30 on my cell phone.  No message left.  I am a Bank of America customer and have been for years, and it seems like that is where they get their info from, but it isn't.  I'm blocking the number with T-Mobile tomorrow and calling my bank to let them know nothing has been authorized and that I got this call.  Be careful who you answer for.

It's Bank of America! I never did answer because I don't answer calls unless I know the number. They have called me daily since opening the BOA card. Did you recently open a Bank of America account (credit card or other)? I called BOA and told them that I had found out it was them. She removed my phone number from that call list.

I just got a call from this number 469-201-7025 tonight and I could barely understand what the person on the other end of the line said to me except for my name.  I said yes this is me and they hung up.   So when I got home tonight I looked this number up on the internet and read about a lot other people across the country who had similar scenarios happen to them on here, and thanks to all the posters I have a better and clearer understanding of who called me.   I will block this number with Verizon so I don't get anymore calls from this number.   I also registered my cell phone again with the national do not call list which was www.donotcall.gov

Get calls, don't answer they don't leave messages.  Call the number back and message does not identify who the company is.  Very irritating!!!

Got call from this number. Just Musak type music playing for several minutes. No person ever came on the line. Really annoying.

Get a call from the number 678-245-4780 it shows as being from Lilburn GA, I did not answer. 10 hours later get a call from 469-201-7025 showing as MBNA,  when I answer saying hello several times, I heard when a person turn the volume of a song louder, I thought was from my ex-boyfriend, so I let the song play for about 10 minutes, than I hung up. Decide to check the number and found out about all those complains for those numbers. (definitely not my ex-boyfriend).

I get a call from this number every day, as well as one 2165458326.  From everyone else's comments, I take it this from people purporting to be from Bank of America.  I got a new credit card from B of A, but if they want to talk to me so bad, they can leave a message.   I'm going to block these calls.  Enough of being hassled by these frauds, fakes and telemarketers.  Get a real job!

Sadly enough, I answered the call I just received knowing it was MBNA.  I think I have a credit card through them and felt they may be offering a new perk.  When I answered, no one replied.  So I just gave them an opportunity to do business and they failed on their end.  Next time, I will not answer the phone.

They called at 6.10pm.

Phone rang and i didn't answer. Who ever called didn't leave a message. I checked my caller I.D. and the number 469-201-7025 and MBNA came up. I went to this site and found out that a lot of other people have received calls from the same number and read that this is a scam call. BeWare and use good judgement when answering the phone.

Got a call to my 702 cell number. I did not answer.
No voice msg left.

My Card was stolen, I just talked with B of A this evening and now I'm being harassed by a***oles who know that my card was stolen!

Got a call from this number and 216-545-8326 everyday (one or the other number would call at least once a day), each day at a different time.  Niether number would ever leave a message and I refuse to answer a call from a number that I do not recognize.  This went on for several weeks until I finally answered a call.  They claimed to be a representative of Bank of America who had to speak to me regarding my credit card - I told her "then speak".  She proceeded to ask what I use my credit card for and similar "survey type" questions.  I finally got very ignorant with her and told her I was busy and did not have time for this and she hung up.  The calls stopped for a few months and now they have begun again - every day, from one number or the other.

This is Just a person calling from Bank of America, Either you recently applied for a new line of credit or you just requested an increase on your credit line.

I have received three calls from 469-201-7025 in the past few days.  I haven't answered it because I don't answer anonymous calls like that.  It looks like this has been around for a long time, and the only thing to do about it that won't cost a fee is to ignore it.  I wonder how long it goes on before it finally stops.

I've been receiving calls from 469-201-7025. I never answer because they've never left a message. Tonight at 8:01 p.m. I decided to answer. The guy stated that he was calling from Bank of America and wanted to know if I had any questions. To me, this was very suspicious as he kept saying um... um... um.... um... I excused myself from the call because it was just way too suspicious. If they are a legitimate representative of BoA, they need to #1 have a more well versed representative making their telemarketing calls, #2 leave a voicemail if someone doesn't answser. #3 not call so late in the evening.
I went to my online banking site to report the suspicious call, but only see an option to report suspicious email. If it happens again, I will call the bank myself and make a complaint. I think, if it was legit, he was trying to get me to subscribe to some credit card feature.

They call every day from 216-545-8326 and 469-201-7025. The first time I called back sine I have several dealings with BOFA and had just received a new credit card. They said they were making a courtesy call and asked if I needed anything. when I say no they said thank you and hung up. After seeing they called numerous more times and after they woke me up yesterday morning (I work 2nd shift and sleep until 10) I called them back again. I asked them what they wanted and they said it was a courtesy call and how was I doing. I asked them did they need to call me multiple times a day to see how I was? My mother doesn't call that much. They said now that I had answered, they would stop calling. I told them I spoke to someone last week and so did my husband and they were still calling. He said he would put me on the do not call list and I would not be bothered anymore. This morning, 9 am they called. When I answered, they hung up. When I called back to tell them I was turning them into the FCC, I got a recording saying to call back during office hours M-F 8 am - 8 pm EST. They are now blocked and I will be reporting them.

I've been receiving calls at all hours of the day from this company.  They call, leave no message, and only provide a "please call back" recording when I call them back.  I've read they're somehow associated with Bank of America, but they're not registered with Better Business Bureau.  And regardless, they have no legitimate reason to call me, so I want it to stop.  When I've been able to answer (the one time they didn't call while I was at work) there was nothing but background noise, then they hung up on me.

Called me on a Saturday, called back and said the office was only open Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm. Peculiar I think!
